Since this location changed owners, it has went downhill considerably. The chicken is not a tasty, and sometimes it is under cooked. Complaints to management are met with a condescending attitude that would indicate that they dont care. The last visit I nicely mentioned that the syrup for the Coke was running out. The manager assured me that this was not possible since an alarm would sound if the syrup was low. I proceeded to eat my meal, and when I went for a refill, it come out the color of weak tea. I then advised the manager that their alarm was broke! This was the last straw!! With dozens of fast food restaurants in the area to choose from, I will not go to this one again, and will advised my friends, and family to do the same.

INCOMPETENT! They take forever to get your food and once you get it they dont even check to see if your order is correct. I am tired of spending money and not getting what I paid for. I called to complain and the manager hung up! Corporate will hear from me on Monday, and Rick I promise you I will do everything in my power to make sure you are held PERSONALLY responsible for how you run your store. DONT EAT HERE! by the way I tipped and still was ripped off!

Hats off to Rowlett Chicken Express. The management and staff are friendly and have a strong sense of customer service. As a volunteer parent at Sachse high school, I have watched them donate hundreds of gallons of tea, pack up countless box lunches and bend over backwards to help with anything needed. Their food is always fresh and their portions always generous. Thank you Rowlett CE for caring about our community! Incredible business!!!

Waited in the drive thru for 45m+. And thats not an exaggeration. It was literally over 45m because the receipt proved it. I would have left sooner but I already paid. Got home and the order is wrong. Called up and the manager is like you got what you ordered. Lol wat?How is this place still in business? How you can screw up running a fried chicken joint this badly, is a mystery. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The service itself was good and exceeded my expectations for a fast food restaurant but my review has nothing to do with the service. The review has a lot to do with the meal. My order was right but the taste of it was not enjoyable at all. Even my side, which were mashed potatoes, werent tasty. I am not a picky eater but this just isnt worth it to me and unfortunately I do not plan on coming back.

I ordered my food in the drive thru and was told to pull to the front. I waited so long that ppl came in, sat down and ate and left. So I got out my car to see the girl that took my order sitting by the trash can on her phone. I went inside and my order was just sitting on the counter getting cold. I didnt complain I just took my food and left but then when I got home my order was wrong and cold.

Usually too slow service, rarely find a good employee who is polite or helpful, or knows their advertised specials. Now theyve gone up on all their pricing. Single tenders are now $1.49 a piece when they used to be .99 and all the orders, meals, combos, etc... have gone up too. Used to visit almost once a week. Now Ill find somewhere else to go.

There is nothing fast about their service. You can sit in the drive through for an hour ( yes I timed it). They will send someone out to hand write the order and take your payment then you sit. This isnt something recent this has been going on for years and I am through. Never again

Somehow the fried chicken seems like it just came out of the fryer. No nasty dripping grease. Perfect dinner to bring home, still piping hot. Get extra rolls and the fried okra. The Jalapeños are not too hot (for me) and have a nice fresh crunch, not soggy and old. Get at least 2.

First, you cant read the menu signs theres no lights, my husband had a conversation about how large was the fry order, at least 3 staff were involved, and laughed, waited only about 5 min and they brought our order to us, we left came home, and yes you guessed it NO fries

Overpriced and slow service. 10 minutes in line behind two cars. Nice employees decent food. Since ive complained and negatively reviewed the amount of food for the money, they have increased the strip sizes... doing the right thing only when they get in trouble

This place is super good... Even my mean younger sister love it... They also have rolls which my younger sis & I love the most... They accept coupons... Customer services r great... If u have a chance, try to go here :-)
