On 8/5/2017 On our way in Chicken Express, we see this lady smoking and Caring for a sick half dead bird on the window ledge right by the entrance. This lady comes in while we are ordering and go behind the counter get a cup. I had to say something, I told her, that she could not just walk in and touch things with out washing her hands. She started yelling she is the AREA MANAGER. I told her I didnt care if she was Michelle Obama. She told me again Shes the Area Manager. I told her she was a poor leader. She let me know that I would be wasting my time complaining. I snapped her picture she wanted to Apologise then. I told her it was TOO LATE, she left, we got our order and on the way out the door. I notice the poor sick infested bird had bread and some water. Thats what she had came in for. I never seen her touch the bird. She should have wash her hands. I just dont understand how a COMPANY could put someone like this as a leader. Think about it, fried food kills you and Chicken Express is right next door to a Funeral Home!

Worst Service, worst Fish ever, all around horrible! They said it would be 10 minutes, it ended up being 30!! They seemed like a bunch of high schoolers let loose in a kitchen. Now lets talk about the food, the fries were cold as soon as they handed us the bag, so they gave us a few more but wait now lets talk about how they told us theres no biscuits 25 minutes into the wait so they gave us some cold rolls instead. Also, they shorted us chicken tenders, so all in all let me be honest, this is by FAR the worst dining experience my family and I have ever had. If you truely love your family,dont make the same mistake we did. Theres a funeral home next door, that shouldve been the only sign I needed.....

They are perfectly fine. Yes they have flaws but who dont m and being black has nothing to do with how that chicken is made. There is a certain way everything has to be made. Its a recipe for everything. So dont knock then. I worked there for four months and it was a1. I still eat there. But BEING BLACK HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW A COMPANY COOKS THEIR FOOD. EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT. And to whoever said anything about the tea urn... at some point it does have to get cleaned out. If they close at ten why not clean it rhen. If you arent in their shoes, if you dont work there to know why then dont think negative about it.

My food came out about 20 min after I ordered it, but there was a couple of people before me and they did not get their food until about 10 minutes later... they ended up walking out and the lady didnt even seem to care. She was bad customer service and kept telling people who would walk in that their food would take 20 min or more. It was 8:30 pm and they dont close until 10:00 pm it looked like they just wanted to leave because I wanted te and the machines where already being cleaned for the night.

The food is Good but, the service kinda blows..The girl taking my order was rude and cut me off before I was finished ordering. I didnt get my whole order either..I had to return to get the rest if my order after I was already half way home..I just happened to look in the bag when I was stopped at a light...because I knew Id rather turn around now than get all the home and not have my complete order.

Most chicken es will let you sub the combo meals drink for another side, this one does not. They also keep their napkins behind the counter so you have to ask for them which is nonsense. Penny pinchers I guess. Also, rolls were burned and mashed potatoes was filled about halfway up

There is one lady, who wears glasses who is always very rude. I will drive all the way to the mesquite location from now on. Ive come here maybe 4 times just to be sure Im not misunderstanding this situation. But nope!! White lady with glasses.... Rude as heck!!! Never again!!!

There tenders were dry and the okra tasted old! I asked for half of my $16 back and they gave me $3 back. Worst place ever! Black people are suppose to be good at cooking chicken. NOPE! Do NOT eat here. They were even out of rolls!
