We usually recieve great service here, tonight when we went we ordered a large okra with our order, and they gave us a small order when it typically comes in a box. We went back to get it corrected and all they could tell us was that the small bag of okra was a large. "Sorry miss."

Ordered $35 worth of chicken, my order was given to someone else. Was forced to wait 20+ minutes to remake the order. No free drink or anything offered while we waited for them to correct their mistake. Just bad customer service.

Go to the one in Oak Cliff...trust me its worth the drive. This location forgets some of your order and argues with you when you tell them they didnt give you what you paid for. HORRIBLE customer service!

The crunchy, greasy chicken you expect. Its pretty good I think. The attendants are all hispanic, so they will give you a good deal if you are a regular and speak spanish. Overall, I love this place.
