The food was bad when I went here once 4 years ago, and as of typing this, it is still bad. I went to this particular location since it was 12am and it was the only chicken place open, so I figured that the last time I bought chicken here it was just a bad batch...man was I wrong. First off, the service was extremely rude and ghetto...its in south dallas so sadly Im kind of used to it. They act like youre bothering them when youre giving them your business. I waited in a small, cramped drive thru for 20 minutes! I would have left, but the way its designed, you cant leave if theres a car in front of you, the drive thru is that narrow. I paid $18 for a 12 piece mix, but most of it were the nasty, jumbo dark pieces that no one wants. I would say only 4 pieces were actually white meat, which is the reason why the price is so high, so I didnt get what I paid for. And like when I went here 4 years ago, the chicken was overcooked and extremely salty. The skin was so hard that I couldnt chew through a good amount of it. I will NEVER go to this particular Williams again, EVER!! I would rather eat a can of spam than go back to this place, and Im dead serious.

This is the 24 hour location. Chicken is hardly ever ready. On one hand thats good because after your 12 minute wait it is fresh. On the other hand the only thing you cooking is chicken why cant it be ready! Either way still love their chicken. The downtown location is the best one in the area. Always fast, fresh fried greasy salty chicken! A delightful treat every now and then
