The chicken is tasty and juice, the red beans & rice to me is the best side to go with the great chicken. The shop was somewhat clean when I was there, but it was very busy. The staff are good but not as friendly as I would hope, but then again the shop was really busy.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. They werent even close to getting any of my orders right and my dad ended up getting food poisoning from their fish. All the food tasted like it was cooked in old grease. This place needs to be shut down.

Very bad customer service I had to wait ten minutes for my order to be ready. They never have any fries ready how can you run a business telling customers to chose another side or they have to wait for their order to be ready this is ridiculous!!

Visiting the popeyes in Rockwall on 12/19/2016 at 6:50pm. Store very cold inside. Trash bags and open trash cans sitting open inside by front door. Bathrooms disgusting. Used band aid stuck on back of booth wall. Pictures will follow.

Not only did we wait for over 30 minutes for our order, the order came out wrong and in several batches. They forgot what I ordered, and no one even bothered to apologise . We will not be going back any time soon.

Loved popeyes for years but this place is a joke. Ive made 10 attempts in past 6 mos. A few times the food was good buy most recently their lack of customer service has driven me away for good. Screw this place
