Came to this location for the first time and it was not good. When I got my order, I asked for a lot of extra ketchup and the window girl replied i already put like a lot of ketchup in there and simply handed me 3 more. So that was a bit stingy and with an attitude. When I got home, I found a hair in the chicken tenders and they failed to have put my side order in for the hot wings. I called and spoke to the manager and he just asked well, what do you wanna do? Come back and get the side or have my name on a list to get it whenever you come back? I said have my name on a list, that is, if I ever come back to this location. I like Chicken Express, dont get me wrong, but this location is lacking in professionalism compared to the other locations.

Howdy yall, Ok so I called up to this establishment asking to speak to the owner of this place because Im very dissatisfied with the customer service they provide and seem racists to other people and the manager guy tells me the owner does not even go up there to check on his franchised store that "he has people to do it" and that I cant get a hold of him via email or something I didnt get anything whats the point of owning a store come on buddy first rule of business (and I know because I was an assistant manager for 6 yrears) is customers always come fist and is always right ..so as for me my family and friends and associates we will not be coming back to this establishment it" isnt the only time its happens

I found a huge fried hair ball in my fried okra. It looked like something they snaked out of a drain and it fell in the fryer. I showed the manager and he acted like it was no big deal and then proceeded to ask me if I would like anything else. Yeah sure, what else do you have back there?

Never go between 9pm and 10pm. They are closing up and the old tenders that have been sitting there for about an hour they just drop in the grease for a min and now you have soggy extremely hot greasy tenders! ! Waste of money , will never go there again!
