This chicken express is horrible! When we walked in the door all we could hear was the workers talking loud about inappropriate things. Not to mention the fact the cashier told us herself that the manager didnt even know how to cook. We looked past it and sat down to eat. The french fries were under cooked and mushy. The tenders were small and not filling. The only thing good about this place is the tea. Which isnt even hard to make but at least they got one thing right. Will never come here again. And as all this is happening I still had to listen to the crew in the back talk about there personal business and cussing. This place is just awful and gross! Never come here!

Worst Chicken Express I have ever been to. I will normally go out of my way, passing Golden Chick and many other joints because CE always gives me the a fresh hot meal with lots of gravy and a heafty side portion. The gravy here is WATERED DOWN, it will drip off of your chicken and there is none there by the time it gets to your lips, but leaves plenty on your shirt. Tenders were small (could have been solved with an extra strip like EVERY OTHER CHICKEN EXPRESS WILL GIVE YOU) and the rolls and side items are cold. I will be going to the new and nice CE off of 635 between Centerville and Northwest Hwy.

I love, love Chicken Express but today was 100% a very bad experience. We get our food and the chicken was unusually small and stale and the okra was small and very dark due to old and overused cooking oil. We ask for fresh chicken and that takes 30 minutes to get but the okra was the same poor quality. Oh, and there seems to be overstaffing but the nasty bathrooms are a big back mark to this otherwise excellent restaurant chain.

Food is dependable tasty. Very quick service through the drive through. Walk-in service is pretty quick but it gets annoying watching the high school kids running the place spend more time chatting than working your order. Very good tea.

We have been going to this location for two years because its by our house and have literally received good service every time. The kids there are always polite to my husband and I. I dont eat inside though, always through the drive thru.

No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands chicken breast with slightly green and smells very foul n Rotten.they brought three tenders to compensate. And pickles were over cooked n greasy. Ummm if u like crap
