Went threw the drive thru. Order three $5 fill ups and a order of Georgia gold strips. I was asked to park and they would bring the food to me. 15 MINUTES LATER. They bring out the food. Didnt say sorry for the wait, kids my ass, have a good night.... nothing. Then when I get home Im missing my coleslaw. And one of the $5 full ups were wrong. I tried calling three times and nobody answered their phone. Just trying to feed my family after working 18 hours. Service sucks.

All I wanted was the grilled chicken and some green beans as I, and many others are avoiding bad carbs. I was charged for a full meal bucket, then extra for the green beans and extra for all white meat (which I expected). They will be off my list unless I get a refund of some of my money. Manager will be called when they open. Also the chicken was very dry and the beans were mushy and over-salted.

If I could give 1/5 of a star I would. These people have to be the most laziest, uneducated, stupidest people out there. Every time I TRY and get KFC it turns into a nightmare with ordering. They dont have it, itll take 20 minutes, pull up to the front,etc. Then they dont even get the order right after waiting all that time. SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS! DONT BOTHER.

Seems like everytime I come to this one I always have to move and wait at the front door so they can bring my food out and then I wait there for like 10 minutes because it seems like they forgot about me I have to end up going back in there myself to get the food

They didnt have the chicken we wanted and they gave us something else. Also the picture for the #20 looked Different on the website. So even though the experience was not all that great with our order the food was good and customer service was too.
