This Burger King is horrible!!!! First, I went about two weeks ago, I sat there and said hello over and over. Finally a girl comes on and goes your just going to have to wait. I said ok, never once did she come back! I drove to the window and the girl was standing there texting on her phone! I called the manager and and the manager was just as helpful. So today, I decided we could try again, because my son wanted the 5 for $4 deal. Well guess what!? They dont participate! So then I just went to order a small fry and order of chicken fries. The fries were 3 dollars nearly for a SMALL. Seriously!? So I asked her was it right, and she replies well yeah cant you read. I said please cancel my order. They are rude, zero customer service skills, and way overpriced compared to any other BK! Do not go here!

Service is crap!!! People are rude as hell. They dont care about you or anyone. I asked for a Rodeo burger and they gave me a cheeseburger. They said " oh we cant make them here" ummmm ok you have onion rings right? Lady said yes. You have bbq sauce right? Lady says yes. Well ok make the burger. Oh we have no way of ringing it up. Then charge me for a damn whopper I dont care I just the burger. Omg some people. Then they curse around my 8 year old. Are you kidding me. I asked for the store # and they would not give it to me. Martessia is her name and she needs an attitude check.

The manager Martessa is terrible! She has no management skills whatsoever. The place is awful because they cant keep employees, so every person working there is basically a new hire and the cycle just continues. Ive been in there before and heard her just bad mouthing her employees, insults about them as people. It was ridiculous to hear a manager talk so negative that it immediately made me decide to go elsewhere. I dont know who hired her, but they really need new management here.

This place is in a TA truckstop that had suburban sprawl from Dallas finally reach it. Mexican motorcoaches stop here, so the dining area may be crowded with loitering people, not eating food. I crop dusted half a dozen of them this morning. Prices are high, as is typical of truckstop QSRs. The staff was doing fine, and are the only reason the place got more than one star.

unprofessional.....Supposedly they open at 6AM and they wont open until 6:20 i have to be at work at 6:30Am i will be waiting in line and they will just keep looking with out saying anything and they will be talking and taking there time , from the manager to employees there all rude This place its not worth it!! This is the only BK in the area and every time I come here theres an issue. Ive experienced things like their computers being down, major leak in the dining room ceiling, and they wont serve you a Whopper in the morning (then why have of it listed on the menu?). At least the food is good, assuming they got your order correct.

Manager Martessia Davis very nice and sweet. I would look crazy at the customers as well when they come inside of the place talking crazy to me. People.... she doesnt make the rules or the prices. You dummies work right? So you should understand policies and procedures.

Fast service. Order was right. And Antonio was great. I messed up my order, but he was super good on getting it fixed and not nickel and diming me. No questions asked. I even tried to pay him more and he refused. Awesome service.

The workers have always been friendly. I always get the veggie burger and it has always been good. It is more expensive than it should be, but its good, so I eat there.
