First time: ordered chicken strip dinner for daughter along with other things. Got home..(I live way out on Vison backroads far from town) it was chicken fried steak...call they were nice said it would be replaced next time. Hubby went 3wks later with son, his chicken for the chicken sandwich was so freaking hard it was not edible, hard as a Rock, hubby went right back up to get it replaced. I go tonight to make good on the free chicken strips for daughter, even added & paid for my own.....get home....gravy is like waaaaaattteerr. Guess we are done here. Almost as bad as steaknshake in Rockwall, we gave that 5 tries, on this DQ no thanks....get some employees who care, I mean dang....

I went to this DQ a couple months ago in Wylie to order a blizzard on a Friday night. I knew it was a bit busy, but it took over 15 -20 min before they started to make it while the staff was standing around talking to eachother. As the girl was making it, she was licking her fingers repeatedly. I was so disgusted and told the manger on duty. He didnt seem to care much and gave me a refund. I would not recommend this location to No One.

Took my husband to lunch and this was the first time eating inside. Staff friendly and curtious, but the meat on my burger was no warm. The store didnt seem busy and I was disappointed because usually when I go through drive thru food is warm and good. Thats why I will try again at another date. But next time I wont be in hurry and will tell manager of the problem.

Dude. All I ordered was a burger. Ive been sitting here during my thirty minute lunch break and have literally one minute to eat my food. They are ridiculously slow, its actually quite amazing. Is this not fast food? What the heck? Also not even waiting in line. Actually waiting at the window for over twenty minutes now.

Im a DQ lifer. They hold a special place in my memories as a child. We usually go here as a family to celebrate report cards or as a "thank you" to the kids for yard work. My oldest loves to try the new flavor of the month. They sometimes take a whole, but we dont mind...we use that time to talk or goof around.

Food is good. Too expensive but youll have that. They like to overflow the blizzard cup and hand it out through drive thru with no lid. I have a cupholder full of ice cream as we speak. Then the girl at the window acts like its amusing. Common sense on the lids when youre in a moving vehicle.

My entire family loved this restaurant and our entire experience ! We are not from Wiley and we stopped by and all the staff was NICE!!! The customer service was awesome, and Dexter represents the company very well! Thank you Dairy Queen for having awesome employees!!! Go Dexter!

Our nacho deluxe was served with no meat. Drink dispenser did not have any carbonation, and the drinks were flat. The sundae was ready immediately upon ordering. By the time your meal was delivered, the ice cream was melted and gross. Very disappointed with this experience.

Wait for a blizzard was a half an hour. Manager extremely rude and apologetic after expressing my concern that people behind me in line had already received my order. I asked for a refund and his reply was "perfect". Took my business across the street to sonic.

This is a newer Dairy Queen and it has all of my old favorites like the Hungerbuster and of course Blizzards! I really like this store but for one thing, the seating is all hard plastic. Older Dairy Queens had the comfy foam seating in the booths.

James greeted is right away. He was awesome. 1st time getting great service when ordering. He also cleaned tables when he want busy. Typical young workers are playing around and not cleaning tables. Great job James!

Been there multiple times. EVERYTIME is slow and unprofessional. Managers seem nice but the food is extremely slow and cant ever either get things right or I have gotten multiple damaged cups holding blizzards.
