This is a bit of an embarrassing story, but one that deserves to be told, we (my father, mother, and I) came to eat and the crew was very friendly, however I went to fill my drink at the fountain (I dont like to use lids so I didnt get one) when I turned around and my father (carrying our plates to our table) dropped his plate of food all over one of our chairs and the floor, we informed the crew and asked if they had a broom, we had every intention to clean up the mess seeing as it was our fault and they were busy at the time, the manager at the time who was excessively friendly came out with a broom and began sweeping up our mess, I then sat my lidless drink upon the table and went to move something but knocked my drink over with my elbow, the drink splashed all over the manager (Im sooooooooooooo sorry about that), I immediately began to apologize and felt horrible, however the wonderful friendliness of the manager persisted and he assured us it was completely fine, he went to go clean himself off and came back and finished cleaning our mess, So for my review I was that the food was fantastic, but the customer service was exquisite, this is an excellent eating establishment that I will absolutely come back to prehaps when the crew forgets how clumsy my family and I are. And just one last apology to the crew and manager, You guys handled the situation perfectly thus I felt this review was important. Highly recommended.

This Panda Express used to be good a few years ago, the food was always good, the manager was extremely friendly and they always made sure there was plenty of food ready. But now it is under new management that is hands off with customers, you have to ask for food to be cooked when the pans are empty or nearly empty, if it is the end of the night you are made to feel bad if you want something they do not have available. So if you come by in the drive through, you will be told what they have left in that last 30-60 minutes. I always go inside and have to demand that they cook me the food that I want, as their advertising says Hot and Fresh, not Cold and Stale/dry. Profits may go up by having less waste, but customers will choose to eat elsewhere if this practice continues, I know the staff dont care, they just want to go home as early as possible. If so then close 1 hour earlier, so you have food available until closing, not whatever is left.

I did not like the small pieces of stainless steel in my food!!! I called and some guy answered and told me that happens because they use wire brush to clean the woks. On fact he said it happens all the time!!!! I talked to the manager Joann who said she knew about the problem and her solution was to serve me more. NOT! THEY COULD CARE LESS STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY. ...THI S HAPPENED 4.20.2015 Sad really.

Service was alrite but the food was horrible. Did not taste the way it should, the rice was extremely dry and there was hardly any sauce on the entree. Also the portion of entree was cold and not enough to feed a chicken although I dont think I would want much more of it anyways. Do yourself a favor and go to Chic Fil A.

Ally and her team saved us ! We were to host a gathering and they cooked a large meal for us last minute. She asked how long would it take to make to her cook and he gladly replied 20 mins. I have been to other panda express location and this is the 1st time i was over pleaseed. Thanks once again Ally !

We used to come here alot but lately they have become not so tasteful, the quality has downgraded drastically. The amount of food they give you on the platters has also shrunk. It is very displeasing and we will not be back!
