Ordered last night 1/17/17. Was craving for a whataburger. When I got my order, left without checking it. Drove to the truck stop and noticed that it was the wrong order. Didnt have time to go back. So i called the whataburger and told them they gave me the wrong order. They knew about it and said that they would pay for my order next time i went by. Went back at 5am 1/18/17 and got my order freshly done. Thank you Jerry the cashier. I will be coming back to this whataburger when I get a chance. The workers were nice and friendly.

Took 30 minutes to go through the drive through line with 5 cars ahead of us. Paid and then received the completely wrong order. Then had to go inside after spending 30 minutes in the drive through, and they gave our order to someone else. Had to wait another 20 minutes. 1 hout total for "fast food". If it takes 1 hour and costs the same amount as a casual dining restaurant, why not go in and sit down and get waited on somewhere else? Next time Ill just stick to Buccees when Im in this area.

I came in to this location and was asked if our dog was a service dog, my girlfriend answered yes and after she walked away the cashier told me she needed to leave. The cashier then proceeded to go to my girlfriend and told her she needed to leave while a line had formed in the front watching the entire event. We had showed her proof of the dog being a service dog. Technically what the cashier did is illegal and discrimination.

Rude rude people working here we were from out of town so the bank put a hold on my card [money wasnt a problem] for 5 minutes to confirm its me using my card the what Id assume is the manager is asking the trying to be sweet cashier loudly have they paid yet so freaking disrespectful and unprofessional I hope she gets some remedial training. Thanks Vanessa l for earning them the 2 stars I gave them without you theyd have none

Went here 3 times. All 3 times ended with major disappointment. Employees here are rude and inconsiderate. I love Whataburger but will never give this one anymore of my money.
