So, Ive been to sonics and its always 50/50 this one however just drew its last straw. They repeatedly got my order wrong. Which is okay I get that but out of the 8 times Ive been there and 7 times its wrong theres something funny going on. They were decent until tonight. On the hours here it says open until 12am and its a Friday as of writing this. We went late around 1101 and they turned the lights off at 1103 and when we asked what was going on we received no sort of explanation, we were confused that the hours say 12 and upon stating that we were returned with an apathetic response of "oh........ Sorry about that. " And we were left flabbergasted that we werent even spared an explanation just that. Either change the hours on here or stay open. Saves me and you time.

I will never return to this Sonic. It is 30 seconds from my house but not worth the hassle. Have never received a correct order (not once) no matter if drinks or food are ordered and usually takes around 10-15 mintues to receive my incorrect order. There is absolutely no management and noone there that knows what they are doing. so much for convenience!

I am very disappointed. I paid 8 dollars for my meal. And gave the guy a nice tip. I received probably 10 fries and barely any gravy (I bought the #11) I would like a full refund or a full replacement. I am VERY disappointed. Sonic is my favorite place to get chicken strips from.
