Always fresh, always delicious. Yes the fries arent your usual grease ladden gut buster, thats the point? Thats called fresh, I know Texas are used to eating literal trash from Whatastroke confirms theres a reason why theyre tops in heart disease, comments I see doubting the freshness factor must eat grass with their dogs. They have strict strandards and will not put up with less, if you had a poor experience Ill buy you the next round. Then Ill get in contact with the owner I went to high school with, well discuss what you felt wasnt up to snuff. Ive made this offer before, no takers.

I do enjoy an In N Out burger- with that said I wouldnt go through the drive-thru any time. If going to In N Out I purposely try to go after lunch. This time I had my daughter in the car asleep so decided to go thru drive thru. Wow I was there for 8 min. Apptly. the person in front of me had a large order. Not sure why they dont ask that vehicle to move ahead & let other be served. By the time I got my food it was cold & drink was flat. Food is good dont necessarily understand the drive-thru process.

This was my first In-N-Out experience. We drove from Chicago to Texas just for some burgers and had a wonderful time. The place was incredibly clean, cheap, and the staff was so friendly. Do a little research on the "secret menu" so you know what and how to order. While the burgers and fries are great and we had a great time, I am not sure if it was 100% worth the 12+ hour drive.

The good news is that the locations that opened up in Dallas have the same taste as the Cali locations. I continue to enjoy the double double but at the same token can not say Im crazy about the fires. Service as always in exceptional with the drive through wait acceptable. Ill come here for the burger/soda but will skip on the fries.

Cashier was Friendly and polite in explaining that No Bacon was available. Trayce took my order then went directly to the lobby to clean ONLY dirty table in site. Obviously a key pillar of this company, always asking in anything was needed while Always moving around. Great job Trayce & In-N-Out Burger. Ill be back...Tomorrow...

How can you not give an In-N-Out 5 stars? Spic and span with a large sit-down area and friendly, eager servers to take your order. 2 double-doubles, fries and milkshakes were ready with their usual speed and efficiency. And there burgers are the best in the world. Wish theyd come to Houston, where I live.

In-N-Out is awesome. At this particular location the people are always super friendly, work and dining areas are clean, and the burgers are way better than Whataburger and other Texas-grown competitors. Shakes are thick and sweet and menu is dead simple. Makes for a quick and authentic burger experience.

Average at best. 3 sizes of burgers and 1 size if fries makes up the whole menu. Not sure why it took so long to get our order. We asked for no sauce or tomatoes but came with both (standard burger) . Patty very thin. Fries tasteless. Was hoping this was like Freddies but not close!

This in n out was awesome showed up late on a week day with no line, got a 4x4 x2 grilled onions and light well fries cooked to perfection. Employees were very friendly, as usual a perfect experience. For all you haters there is a whataburger around the corner for a sub par burger.

The food was ok. I know its famous, but I dont see the appeal. The fries and burger were really greasy. Supposedly there is a "hidden menu" which doesnt seem like a wise business solution the sparse menu options. You can get far better for far less at other "burger joints".

Love it! Get a double double, unless its for a child. I always get a 3x3, bun extra toasted, animal style fries and a pink lemonade. Food is always fresh, its always exactly what I ordered and the service is always top notch!!!

Good old school fries. Soda fountain and condiments were fresh. Bun was hard and chewy. Meat Patty was tough, overcooked and felt like it was embedded with paper. Clean facility, friendly employees.

Loved this place! Got 2 Double Double burgers, large Fry and medium drink. Less than $10! Amazing! Id drive the 3.75 hours it takes to get here from home, for this food.
