My husband and I just recently moved to Lakewood, so weve slowly been eating our way through Dallas. This particular day we got on google maps to see what was near us, and Dugg Burger popped up so we decided to give it a shot. First impressions, it was a lot smaller than what wed pictured based on photos we saw, but that wasnt much of an issue because it was after the lunch rush and there were plenty of seats left. When we got up to the counter, we explained to the lady at the register that it was our first time & she was extremely helpful in explaining what the restaurant was, and how it worked. All of the ingredients looked really fresh, and it didnt take long at all to get our burgers after ordering. The burgers were delicious, and the shakes were so much better than expected. We talked to maybe 4 different employees there, and all of them were so positive and upbeat, which speaks volumes considering you dont get that many places anymore. We will definitely be returning in the future, glad we stopped in on a whim!

The burger was awesome! Very flavorful! Price isnt too bad since you can place whatever toppings you want for the same price. The fries have some type of special seasoning on them similar to Smash Burger. Mine were slightly overcooked but tasted well. Im only giving 3 stars because my service sucked. If the food wasnt so good Id not return ever. Their menu is a bit confusing for a newcomer so I told the lady at the cash register that I was confused. She says: what, you never been here before? Then when the couple after me walks in, they were greeted (I wasnt) and asked cheerfully if they had ever been there before. Then when my burger was being fixed, the guy only puts one slice of bacon. I mean, the burger was like 8 bucks. Can I get more than 1 slice? So I said, do I only get one slice of bacon? And the guy, with an attitude says you can get however much you want, but Im not a mind reader. You have to tell me. Ill visit again, but hopefully I get different employees.

Great burger. Grand ingredients. They also carry vegan burgers ! Fries are great as well. Not greasy at all. Desserts.... scrumptious. First time going yesterday got sent back for another one. Will be going again this weekend. And found our new place to grab a bite. You pay the same as whataburger., so if u have healthier choices variety of ingredients /vegetables why not go here? Yes its couple bucks more but anything good is couple more bucks. Mcds is $1 menu because its garbage. Bread puddings heaven..! Highly recommend. Oh and the staff friendly and very welcoming !! They explain everything to you step by step

ok. so i was swept away, too, when they first arrived. first few visits. but theyve never been cheap, and now have gone up on their prices. sorry, folks, but save your money and go a couple miles away to dairyette. they have equally good burgers and fresh cut fries also. just half the price. $12 is a bit much for a burger, fries and a drink. i got mine to go and wasnt impressed by what i got upon arrival home. sorry, dugg, but no bueno.

What a breath of fresh air this place is. Amazing people and amazing food. Loved their sauce and their variety of protein to accommodate everyone (my wife doesnt eat red meat). Reasonable price. Pick your protein and optional drinks (soft or beer) and fries. Rest is like Subway or Chipotle where you can customize the burger to your liking. I also believe their fries are underrated. Keep up the great service. Will be your loyal patron.

Hands down the best burger Ive ever had! They remove part of the bun and you tell them what toppings you want in it. The toppings are fresh and high end ones that you would usually pay a few dollars more for at other burger places, but at Dugg they are included in the price. They have mushrooms, bacon and four types of cheeses to choose from. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This will be our new go-to burger place!

Stopped by after a trip to the Dallas Arboretum with kids that were famished. The best burger that I had in a long time. The bun is dug out to hold the toppings so it all stays together nicely. The gourmet toppings are all viewable and are placed on the bun as you select them so you know exactly what you are getting The shakes were delicious, also. Thank you for a very tasty and satisfying meal!!

This place is good and staff is nice. Quick, fresh, and delicious! They should really do something about their menu. I feel like if this place was packed and it was my first time, I wouldnt know my options and just walk out. This place has a lot of potential just have a better menu that explains it all. Definitely coming back! The menu keeps me from giving them 5 stars other than that its great!

We went here when it was still in its beginning weeks of having been opened. Our expectations had been beat, especially with the service. The manager/owner stood beside us in line and explained the menu. Hes doing a great job and I think thats one of the reasons this place was memorable. The food isnt among the cheaper local burger joints, but the quality is great. Very unique toppings!

The owner actually sat down with us and talked to us. Staff was friendly and the burger was really good. Extremely simple layout but its a good atmosphere. Burgers are topped with whatever you want and theyre good quality burgers. Will definitely come back if Im ever in the area. Make one in Fort Worth! Were the 3 dudes who bought a bow and ended up at your place!

Damn dugg done threw his foot off up in this salad. Best one Ive tasted yet. Then it was a burger patty with cheese topped on it lmao. Real meat and cheese man. It was real omfg. Ive been looking for a place in Dallas that has the best REAL burgers and this place is IT! The fries were scrumptious and my sons enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwiches. Thank you kindly

Dugg Burgers is heck of a good place to buy food and drink. The place is nicely well clean and the staff are awesome. Plus the prices is good as well in there. You can build your own burger which is awesome thing that you can do. Its similar to Subway where you can build your own Sub Sandwiches. I give this 5 stars excellent place to eat at.

I appreciate the preparation in front of you and the pretty display, but honestly thats all a distraction from the fact that these burgers are tasteless. The dugg sauce isnt very great, and the fries are unseasoned. The meat has no flavor and its not worth it. Two stars for the cleanliness and the presentation, but zero stars for the food.

Dugg Burger is a gourmet burger shop with a unique twist to make it their own. It is kind of similar to subway as to where you tell a worker what you want on your sandwich as they make it in front of you, but much higher quality of food. The mushrooms are fantastic, as was the burger patty itself. The bread is delicious, too. Try it out!
