I wont talk about the lines and wait times. Those are from the hype. I went about a month after opening and ordered in about 10 mins. Took another 10-15 to finally get my food though. Wasnt happy about the wait time. But I kept hearing how good this burger is supposed to be and how much better it is than the other chains. After trying it, its all hype. I think the higher ratings and good reviews were from people who waited several hours to try a meal. Psychologically it would seem much better than it really was, because lets face it, who likes to go around and say they just lost a few hours of their life and choked through a meal. I will focus on the food itself and tell it how I truly felt about it. Ill start with the drink. They need to add coke zero to their lineup. Im not a health nut, but the sugars in soda are too much for me, so I drink diet drinks. Regular diet coke doesnt taste as good as coke zero and almost every major fast food chain has been offering coke zero for a few years, I dont see why this one wouldnt. They did have diet lemonade though. I ordered a 2x2 and fries, both animal style. The burger itself was nothing special. It was actually quite soggy and the patties were extremely thin. The lettuce was cut too large and the tomato was a slimy piece of goo. I wont ever order animal style again, it felt like I was eating a sack of onions with a garnish of meat, literally, there was more onions than meat in my burger. The bread was thicker than normal, and a good size, but it was nasty that it became soggy before I could finish it. The patty itself seemed like it had a good taste, but nothing spectacular or special. All this talk about freshness and all I could think of was thats a crock of !. The fries are easily the worst fries I have ever had in fast food. I mean really bad. They were stale and it felt like I was eating cardboard. I dont know what farm they are getting their potatoes from, but they tasted disgusting. Ive had better meals at those cheap little 2 for $1 grease burgers from hole in the wall fast food restaurants. When I saw the lines in the news, I was curious, but was not willing to wait any more than 15 mins, so I waited until today to try it. Anyone who waited 3+ hrs for this nasty meal was downright ripped off, and that is putting it as politely as I can. Sorry California, if this is your best fast food burger, then youre missing out on real food.

4-10-2017 time 3:57 pm THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK OUR ORDER STARTED TALKING OUT LOUD ABOUT US BECAUSE WE ASKED THEM HOW MUCH THE SAUCE WERE SINCE WE ORDERED FRIES AND ASKED FOR SAUCE BUT THEY DIDNT GIVE US SO I WENT AND ASKED POLITELY AND THEY SAID IT WAS $6.50 for just the sauce and my bestie went and asked if it really was that much and they said yes. They thn started eyeing us and started talking loud about us! Were currently waiting right now for the fries and its been 12 mins yet it took 5mins before we even asked about the fries .

First off this is the best burger I have had! So many new people are disseminated because they go and order the regular burger. The key is you need to ask for the burger to be made Animal Style! This adds all of the extra goodness. Just google the pictures for In-N-Out Animal Style and take a look. Does it look like the burger you dislike? Nope! Try again... :-) . I can say I hate waiting so long though but obviously thats not the restaurants fault. They are just making good food!

I had my first In and Out Burger as a kid, and it was the best burger Ive ever had. It was so good, I went back for a second double-double. Needless to say, I was stuffed for the day. After expanding my knowledge of food and restaurants, and eating In and Out Burger on other vacations, I can still say that they have the best burgers. Great price for great food. Unfortunately for me, I cant eat there every day since I no longer have a 21 year olds metabolism.

I do not understand why this place is so popular. I went Monday afternoon and the wait was far too long for a fast food place (35 minutes). The fries sucked and lacked salt and pepper seasoning and were cold and difficult to chew. The burger was fairly decent for the price but my burger was squished like the cheeseburgers from McDonalds. The only positive thing I can say about the burger is that they used fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.

I have been told by a number of people that In-N-Out Burger was amazing. It really was just ok for me. The burger was good, but not great. The fries were good but not great. The service was definitely quick. For as many people that were there we definitely got our food quickly. The store was clean and surprisingly accommodated all the people in there. I guess with all the hype, I expected to be blown away and I just wasnt. :/

Service with a smile here. What they put in their milkshakes that the kids are always happy to work here, Ill never know. But if you want a place with good service, fresh burgers, and smiling faces, check em out. Ask about their "secret" menu to jazz up the seemingly limited menu, and it becomes a whole different place. Sometimes wait time seems a little poky, but all in the name of fresh french fries and burgers.

Im just not super impressed. We stopped by late on night and honestly I wouldve rather paid more to go to Whataburger. Yes - the price is unbeatable for the size of meal you get, but it was just tasteless to me. I like that the fries are fresh and salt is provided in the condiment area, but adding your own just isnt the same. My burger was alright. Freshness is a plus, but again just not super impressed.

My mouth is watering contemplating!! Grew up near the original in California and can tell you a life event that included In-N-out! Even the 3 a week during my pregnancy! When only boys were hired and they figured the total in their heads and were usually wrong! Moved to southeast Oklahoma in January and boy I miss it. Great as always, great staff. Cant wait to comeback!

First time at an In-N-Out. Ordered the double double animal style and what I got had raw onion, extra spread, and no mustard grilled patties. I was disappointed when I got back to the hotel to see that they messed up my order. The fries were underwhelming as well. However the burger they did give me was pretty damn good...good enough to give them a second chance.

Amazingly nice people! All 3 that I came in contact with are great. But Brandon (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was super great!!! He gets a special shout out. The burger was much better than I remembered it being. I liked the offer of a box to contain the burger and fries so I could eat it in the car. I also, liked the fact the burger is paper wrapped.
