Food delicious, and the gentleman who took our order was polite. Their manager on duty today (evening of July 17) however should probably rethink her career path as customer service is not her forte. My husband asked for a military discount and she applied it only to his items - that was so petty of her. And then as we were eating water from the AC vent above started dripping down into my husbands meal. He spoke to the same gentleman who could only apologize. The kicker though , he went back to tell the manager and I saw her mouth the words “its okay"....And as we were leaving, she couldnt even look up to acknowledge us whereas that same gentleman wished us a good night and thanked us for our business.

This place knows how to do a good burger. Yum! I ordered the Liberty Burger and wow, loved it. The skinny fries were cooked perfectly as well...just enough crunch. I also enjoyed their homemade hot sauce. It gave my burger just the right amount of added heat which I love. They offer both inside and outside seating with tasteful background music playing throughout (adult alternative/singer-songwriter...right up my alley). Kudos to the owners and operators for what theyve done to the place and to the cooks for the great tasting food.

These burgers seem to be overpriced, but everything is worth the price, all ingredients are of good quality and the burgers are not small, you will walk out with a full belly, the place is clean, staff is friendly, many choices of burgers, even healthy ones, so if youre in a diet you may come to this place and eat without the guilt, they also sell beer, yessss! Overall I have no complaints about this place.

This is a nice burger place but it doesnt stand out for me. French fries came out slightly warm and had a weird greasy texture to them. My burger was pretty too look at but lacked in flavor. I could barely taste the grilled pepper with all the cheese on it. Cheese is great but there has to be a balance. This place is tiny on the inside so if you come for lunch make sure you leave early.

The burgers here are seasoned so well. The toppings are orchestrated with balance and flavor in mind. The service is really friendly. They have locals brews on tap which is always a plus in my mind. There signature sauces go great on your burger or with your sides. This is a must try. The Lamb burger is my favorite but I would also highly recommend the bison.

Their burgers are ok. Their shakes are just weird... start off very tasty but as i get about half way through the shakes, i just lose my appetite for them. The sandwich is probably the best thing on their menu, which is weird cause its a burger place. But given its location, i guess it serves as a decent lunch joint for Cisco employees.

One of the best burgers Ive ever had. Love , love, love Liberty Burger. My Parents came in from Ohio and thought the same. My order has always been correct and cooked to order. The staff has been nice and friendly and I have had the same consistent experience at the Richardson location as well has the Allen location.

I had a south of the border burger...something like that... Cheddar cheese, refried beans and avocado. It was a delicious burger. Liked the fries here as well. We sat on their patio, which looks like it was designed for all seasons. Staff is friendly and helpful if youre not sure what to order.

Burger was good (I got the standard Liberty Burger with cheddar, mayo, and ketchup added). Onion rings were amazing! Service was fast for this type of restaurant. The only negative comment I have is that the restroom was a little grimy and the faucet sensor didnt work properly.

I am sorry forgot to put this on black friday I had a burger there that gave me food poisoning on black Friday it was not busy at all the cooks looked like they go a littel attitude when I ask them to cook my burger a littel more and still got sick

I thought that the burger was just okay. Lunch was a chicken sandwich, a burger, fries, 3 beers and a "torch" for $50.00! The worst part of it was the lunch "stayed with me" all afternoon and evening. The food is much better at Buffalo Bluez.

Yummy healthy food. Dont worry they also have unhealthy food. Fast service, comfortable seating, fans outside are fantastic as well as the heaters for cold days. Seating is limited. Definitely recommend& will go back over and over again.

Best place in town for burgers. All grass fed, bison too. Super fresh ingredients. They take burger making seriously. No problem if you dont want beef or bison. They offer veggie, Turkey, lamb and salads as well.

Very tasty burgers and HUGE onions rings. Im not a fan of skinny fries but my wife loves them. They have good shakes too! They have outdoor seating with heaters, which is good for the cold weather.

Loved the Liberty burger and the sweet potato fries. Waitress didnt know what the liberty hot sauce is. We found it near the drink dispenser. The burger dipped in the hot sauce is awesome.

Nice covered outdoor dining is available. The indoor dining area here is smaller than at their other locations. Food is great and staff is friendly, as with all Liberty Burger locations.

Our first time here... Me and my boy were immediately amazed at the smokey flavor. Tots were crunchy! Best burger in town, I think. My son also loved the float and regular cheeseburger.

Burger was better then the chain burger joints, however I cant justify nine dollars plus for a Hamburger. And that is only the burger. But it was good, right from the first bite!

Delicious food with a wide variety of choices. The wait wasnt too bad either. The seating felt a little cramped but there is patio seating with heater lamps for when its cold.
