If I could give this Boston Market a negative stars rating I would give it a -10. The quality of the food was nowhere near the high price. The turkey was overcooked and dry as well as the pot pie we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to cook. Employees neglect the cleanliness of the establishment or its bathrooms. This will be our last visit to this particular establishment. . Customer satisfaction should be a priority after all...no customers= no revenue. Try renaming this establishment to Boston Flea Market

I ordered to go a meal for 5 and was asked if i wanted to add a whole rottiserie chicken for an extra $1.99. Pretty good deal but when i get home,guess what...no extra whole chicken anywhere. Make sure that you check thoroughly your bags if you are taking food to go. Funny thing is that you never get anything extra,its always something missing that you paid for. Unacceptable!

I went to get a late lunch at 3:00 p.m. and they didnt have any chicken. It was going to take 20-30 minutes before it was done. Dont they see they are running out of food and prepare some more? I think they are pathetic. I hadnt eaten all day and still I had to go somewhere else.

Food is good, but...sigh...the service is lacking. It seems to always be a crap shoot if they are going to get my order right. Is it really that hard to actually include the gravy when I order mashed potatoes and GRAVY? Anyway, I enjoy the food, when they get it right.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a couple chicken ceasar salads. Came home to find out they forgot the chicken! They also dont give enough dressing, I know other places give out more than one little cup. Im done with this place.

The experience that I had was awesome, i went there last night and had a great time with my family. The manager on duty checked on the table twice and so did the cashier i believe.I will most definitely be going back !

although we are vegetarian we traveled with meat eaters and dined here. the salad dressing was delicious and home made. we also had very good bread and potatoes. the meat eaters really enjoyed their steaks!

My favorite comfort food... always get the meatloaf worth squash casserole and green beans. The pot pies are delicious and the turkey dinner is Thanksgiving any time of year.

Yum! I love every thing they have. If youre on the run and have no time for a sit-down restaurant, try Bostons Market. Its a much healthier choice than McDonalds...
