Olive Garden is one of my all time favorite restaurants. This location doesnt disappoint. There often is a short wait, even at lunch time. Its in a busy shopping center of the busiest road in Frisco. A wait should be expected but its never more than 10-15 min. I always, always get Fettuccine Alfredo. Always have, always will Im sure! We love their breadsticks and minestrone soup. I usually get full on that and take most of my main course home. Their desserts are wonderful as well. Oh, and who could forget the mints?! Sure, you can buy Andes mints at Walmart for under $2 but they taste so much better after Olive Garden! The wait staff is always on point and the host staff is great as well. Ive ordered take out a few times in the past year and its always been perfect too. All around A+!

Ive frequented this establishment and location wui te frequently and tonight was lackluster to say the least I places a small to go order and the lady (tiffany) which I spoke with places me on hold which was no problem but when she returned back to the line she wasnt even aware that I was a caller she placed on hold for a.to go request and to add further insult to injury when she returned back she was talking to someone elses while I was still on the line and keeping in mind she had not taken my order yet and when she finally acknowledges me she didnt seem to.eager to help . This was not a good experience whatsoever. When i arrived to.rhe location she seemed like she was in a frenzy of contusion. Tiago helped me.and delivered my food and he was wonderful.

This company used to be the place to treat yourself a little. After the logo changed, the hosts slacked on greeting u and not bother to ask hows ur day and the food just lost its flavor.. Ordered shrimp scampi and had to add lemon juice, salt and pepper to add flavor cuz it was tasteless on its own. Food doesnt taste fresh, taste more microwaved than actually made.The quality of the restaurant is as equivalent as iHop but with the price of a sports bar. If you dont mind the quality of the food anyway, i suggest going to iHop since itd be cheaper.

An Italian restaurant at good location, with few veg options, good food taste, nice ambiance, serving medium sized portions at reasonable prices. Visited on a weekday for a quick lunch. Veg Menu - 2/5 - Very few options. Had Minestrone soup, Garden salad, Fettualoo Alfredo and Grilled vegetable piadina Food - 3/5 - Soup and salad were good. Rest were ok Ambiance - 3/5 - Good Service - 4/5 - Very Good. Fast and courteous Size and Price - 4/5 - Medium size and price range. Flexibility - Didnt ask for any customization. So not rated

I just placed a call to try and set up a birthday dinner for my daughter (This is her favorite restaurant.) I was directed to the manager. He could NOT have been less helpful. I honestly felt like he was discouraging us from bringing our party of 20 there. How is that a thing? Apparently, I can go there and WAIT for a table. But him reserving a table for us "disrupts his other guests dining experience." I certainly hope I can talk my daughter into letting me give someone else my money!

Dont go here. I ordered Tour of Italy with grilled chicken replacing parmigiana and spaghetti replacing alfredo fettuccine. My food came and there was human hair in the lasagna. I couldnt believe it, there was several strands. I notified the waiter, he didnt seem to surprised. Im not one to want something for free, at this point my appetite was gone, but I was surprised the manager didnt come, and they acted like this was normal. Never going back till I see some REAL changes.

We come to this OG location more than any other because the food and service is almost always good. We came in on Black Friday. We were seated promptly. Seating was comfortable, and the restaurant as usual has a nice atmosphere. Zantasia was our waitress and we just wanted to say that she was pleasant and friendly. She put up with us asking questions and for extras without seeming put out, and maintained a professional attitude throughout our visit.

I dont give out 1 star reviews a lot but a hair in my food will do it. It spoiled my appetite completely but luckily the manager took my food off the bill. I did not eat one bite. They tried to offer me other things but I guess I have no trust anymore in their kitchen staff. They should have done something better then just take my meal of the bill. Not sure if I ever will come back to this Olive Garden.

Last time I went to Olive Garden, it was on my anniversary with my boyfriend. The food was great and tasted good, but we did not have napkins or utensils to eat our salad because the waitress forgot. She bothered my boyfriend asking if he finished his food when he just got it. I liked that the manager came to ask everything was going when we finished our food and were about to head out.

The bartender Slavyk is awesome! Ive been a bartender in Houston for almost 11 years so customer service is huge for me. My husband and I came on a Friday evening to Dallas to get away from all the hustle and bustle and he treated us like family. I appreciate when someone works as hard for me when Im off as I do for others when Im at work. Five star service! Keep him around!

This to our waitress (Nirvana & manager). I was there 5/18/16 eating lunch with my family, and an elderly woman at the table next to us stood up having trouble breathing/food stuck in her throat. (Nirvana) without hesitation helped the elderly woman clear her air passage to breathe again. She has much bravery & care for others lives. By the way the food was great !

I went there tonight and sat at the bar alone to eat carbs and have a glass of wine while my husband and boys were gone on a weekend fishing trip. The bartender (Taylor) was the sweetest ever and not only was she great with me but I witnessed her interactions with coworkers which was phenomenal. This location is definitely lucky to have her on staff! ❤️

The staff here is fantastic! We were greeted as soon as we arrived by 3 smiling faces including the manager. We were promptly seated. Our server was so sweet & very attentive! Food was fast and delicious. As we left 4 staff members told us farewell. Outstanding!

I love Olive Garden and not just because of the food, but because of the customer service! Slavyck goes above and beyond whether its behind the bar or out on the floor serving, every time we dine here we always request to sit in his section. He is the best!!!

Came in, chose al fresco dining since it had cooled off. Weve been here 20 minutes. No server. Another family completely left. Food is good here, if we can ever get our hands on it. Server just came out after leaving 1 star. Hes an all right guy +2 stars.

3 stars just becauseour server was nice and we like the food. The down fall is the restaurant smells like wet dog and carpet, do to this my girlfriend Complain alot lol. Time for new carpet Olive Garden. Most likelywill go to another location from now on
