I stopped in on a Friday night , there was only one person at the bar having a beer there was only 10 tables in the entire restaurant ,occupied , so it was not busy. I ordered 2 hummus to go . Not a complicated order nothing you have to bake, simply throw some pita bread in the container ,plop some hummus in there and youre done . After waiting 20 minutes I asked what the holdup was , thats when they started looking and checking with the kitchen crew to see why it wasnt ready. As I watched across the nearly empty restaurant, I could see the body language that the kitchen crew had never even started my order. At this point the young lady who was trying to find my order is telling them to get it done. Finally another five minutes went by and they brought it up to me asking me if I needed a bag . I told him no but quickly took my receipt Crossed out the tip and just gave them the total. I am not going to tip on something that shouldve taken only five minutes but they kept me waiting nearly 1/2 hour . I will not be back there again .

Our family ordered a balsamic tomato/mozarella appetizer, a turkey wrap, soup and hoagie. The appetizer came out just a plate of lettuce, cheese without any balsamic vinegar. Had to be asked to get that. Was told the rest of the food was on the way, the wrap and hoagie never came. The server just said "they told me it was coming, did it not come? Im not sure where it went", we told them wed pay for the soup and appetizer we did receive and were leaving. Then we were told "3 people didnt show up for work today, our manager is helping make food". You expect to walk in, have a quick lunch (WHEN YOU HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD) waiting over an hour only to leave without food is probably the worst it can get. Service was terrible, at least tell customers up front there will be delays. They brought out the steak hoagie as we were leaving, and it was cold. Luckily we werent charged for it, because it tasted like something I couldve bought out of a vending machine.

Rockwall Restaurant Sunday June 1st I see no reason to go back to this restaurant. We got there on a Sunday at Noon and did not see our food for more then 45 minutes. Its just pizza, takes 10min to cook. Once the food did arrive it was less then impressive. My daughter got a Calzone which she said was tasteless and undercooked. My pizza had just a bit too much oil dripping of it and it too was undercooked. She didnt finish the Calzone andI left half the pizza behind. It would seem that no pride nor supervision was placed on the dishes coming out of the kitchen. Waitress at the bar offered only excuses and no apology. We arrived at the place with a positive excited outlook and left absolutely disappointed. I was just out to have a pleasant experience with my daughter and I let it ruin the day.

Pokémon go friendly! I have been here quite a few times. Do not go here if you are looking for a quick bite. They have delicious pizza but the dough takes around 20 min to cook. You will spend anywhere from $8-$25 a person depending on what you get. The restaurant is very vibrant and colorful. Its very trippy hippie 60s/70s vibe its a nice break from the ordinary. Kid friendly. The music is not too loud. They have so many beers on tap! Its crazy. The bar looks like a display of tap art. There is two poke stops you can spin while eating here and they almost always have lewers on them! The staff is super friendly and fun. Especially if you get Emma! Shes the best! If you have a problem with anything just say so and they will be sure to fix it for you.

Very disappointed. I have been wanting to try this place for some time and when I finally did, it wasnt very good. I called my order in and was told that it would take 25min or so. Got there in 26min and when my pizza was brought to me the box didnt feel as if it had just come out of the oven but more like it had been sitting up for some time. For the price I was better off going to other well known pizza joints and getting 2 large pizzas for the price of their small. Only giving it an "extra" star because the pizza was heaping with toppings (I got the house special) The taste, however, was not good at all and my pizza tasted BURNT. Checked the bottom and it explained it all. Guess Ill just check Mellow Mushroom off my bucket list and will not go back :(

NEVER AGAIN...1st the online menu has different prices than what they actually charge. I got soup- online price $4.75 meatball sandwich- online price $9.50 Hummus-online price $6.95 They charged me $5.99 for the soup, $10.95 for the sandwich, and $7.45 for the hummus. I know it is only a few bucks, but the bar guy who rang me up was very unapologetic about the price difference. He said yes that he knew the prices were not the same, as if others had complained before. If the prices are lower online they need to either fix the prices to reflect what they are actually charging, or give the customer the online price. They also served me cold soup! NASTY! NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH MELLOW MUSHROOM MCKINNEY!!!!

Tasty food! The salads are generous. The hand tossed is SUPER doughy and if you want a decadent pizza you will get one. If you want a lighter one you can ask. I just order the gluten free myself. Its lighter and delicious. Its really good. The pizza arrives fast. I have gotten great service twice. Friendly, quick and informative. The last time I went I was irritated about three times. Had to wait to long for the check and the person at the front told me to go back to my table. They had no coffee. Just little things.

The food always tastes good and the people there are very nice. However, the prices are unbelievably high. I placed a takeout order for my daughter today. Mac & Cheese and Apple slices for $5 plus tax. When we opened it, there was a third of a box worth of Annies Mac and Cheese out of a box and 3 apple slices...not even a whole apple. Thats about 90 cents worth of food if we had bought it retail. Added to the meatball appetizer that I bought, it came to almost $15. Like I said, good food, but very overpriced.

This will forever and ever be my date night to go place with my fiancée I love pretzels with the beer cheese as the app, and the pizza for dinner. My favorite thing is they have the cocktail that they took off the menu but when I mentioned that its the only one I drink they make it every single time with me only describing it as a sweet pink thing lol thank you for having great employees an amazing menu. Only critique I will say new younger employees need to remember to see drinks empty and ask if we want refills!

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. My wife and daughter loved their sub sandwich but the pizza was so-so. When the pizza was brought out, the top was already saturated with grease. Needless to say, I paid for it later- twice. I would much rather go to Pizza hut and pay nearly half the price. In my opinion, it taste better too. 2 sandwiches, 1 med pizza, 2 drinks $52 with tip. I almost gave it a four star but the pizza did not take it there.
