I went here and right away got bad service. I had a waitress named ALI or something like that. Anyways she asked me were I wanted to sit and I said in a booth near the center so I can have a good view of the games on tv. She sat me in the farthest corner possible, could not watch anything. I ordered my food. I didnt have napkins, so I asked for some, she said "oh you can use that one right their" she pointed to the napkin that wraps around the forks. Finally, the cherry on top, I asked for my check, she went to go get it, my bill came out to $12, I gave her $20, and she had the Balls to say " Do you want your change". I felt like going Compton on her. I really wanted to tip the b#$!& $2, so she can see for herself that she messed up, being rude, unfriendly, and a horrible waitress, but ended up tipping her any ways. I think she was racist. Never going their ever!!

Ive gone to this location more time than I can remember and have NEVER had such terrible service like I did last night. We sat and waited for our server for 30 minutes before I finally waved her down to order our food. She never gave my husband his drink then brought him water when he asked for tea so I gave him my tea. She messed up our order. Bring extra food that she charged us for but I paid for it since my husband said hed just take it home. She avoided our table the whole time we were there. She would look over at us and just walk past. I went without a drink for half the time. Really disappointed in the service. She kept my change also. Unfortunately the service at the 75 location isnt any better.

Dont order more than a drink and a shot over a 2 HOUR lunch unless you want to be harassed by the manager over your alcohol consumption. We were quietly enjoying our Sunday out when the manager came over to interrogate us. The waitress then came to apologize while reciting some made up and ridiculously rules that apparently only applied to is and not the table of guys on motorcycles who were visibly impaired. Never again. #twinpeakssucks

Went here for the first time yesterday and had a terrific experience! Our waitress (I dont remember her name unfortunately) was courteous and attentive. Despite it being a Tuesday evening, they did have a decent crowd for the football game. Food was prompt and delicious. Will be returning.

Is the hiring manager blind or what? This place is a joke...not hit chicks whatsoever, bad service. And if you go where your. UFC, tap out, or your dragon shirt and maybe and I do mean maybe you would get a fat waitresses to come and fill your beer up..(thought that was her job)

Bad service. Our waitress was too busy talking to guys instead of attending to her guests. She asked if we wanted more drinks, we said yes & she walks away smiling & didnt come back for 20 minutes. The bus gave us ketchup because she was nowhere to be found. 1st & last visit here!

This is a small, comfortable Greek restaurant run by a Greek gentleman and his Texas wife. The food is as close as we can find anywhere in the Dallas area to what we found in Greece when we were there! The menu isnt extensive, but every item we have tasted so has been wonderful.

Grayce is not only beautiful, but her serving skills were great! i didnt have to ask for a drink once, and she made the whole experience a lot of fun. I will always come to this twin peaks, just because of her! Smart, bright, and beautiful young lady! Food was awesome as well!

What a horrible place . Manager made it right but I wish the waitress would have not acted the way she did. Food was cold, my sons food never came. Although the manager comped our meal, I would have rather had a great meal instead of sending back my food and my son not eaten.

Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. The service got worse when I tried to start a conversation. Saw other servers talking to their tables but mine was not The servers name was Ali. Hostess told me she was to tired cause she was up late the night before working.

Its ok, but but our waitress Valerie has a scheme where if your tip is not good enough she treats you like crap next visit. She states if she is sparking a conversation she deserves at least 10 to 20 percent more as a tip. WTF kind of stuff is that? Wow.. oh well.

The customer service was really bad...our group was still waiting on food as we watched 2 other parties eat and leave by the time we received our food...and they arrived AFTER us!! We did receive comp meals and free appetizers cards for next visit...

Eh. I come to TP for my bunghole lol seriously though. Fun time is an important ingredient. I was just here to survey whether or not I should recruit some of my fellow travelers. No sense of humor here. I believe downtown is gonna be a better shot.

Overall a great place to wind down after a long day at the office. The wait staff is very personable and attentive. Ask for Chelsea. She is a very sweet lady who has great taste in desserts...... if she could only have some herself.

Food okay but super slow service. Girls not very friendly and act like waiting on you is an inconvenience by keeping them from sitting around chatting it up. Manager no help either. Other locations are a little better but not much.

Love Twin Peaks Mesquite food is awesome. Great service as well. Had a blast Kim is hands down the best server ever. She is so attentive and always has my refill before I ask. I definitely recommend coming in and seeing her.

Love Twin Peaks in Mesquite. Very sweet young ladies that work there. Food is awesome!!! My husband and I go here on the weekends so he can watch sports or the fights. Of course Hannah is an awesome waitress!!

Stood at door way too long and was not acknowledged by any of the 5 employees passing us. Was finally sat down and then after 10 min had to get up and find a server to take our drink/food order. Wasnt even busy.

Service great; Beer cold, smoked wings great but no bite if you like spice. Sirloin most God aweful Ive ever had. Ordered medium rare and was medium, weird smoky flavor, salad was limp wont be back.
