Let me start off by saying I love Texas Road House. The food is always great and on point, my family (husband and 2 kids 5,6) go there once a week and everything is great. Unfortunately this past experience was horrible more like f<~}ed up. We were celebrating a birthday so it was 5 adults and my two kids to the hostess that was a large party so I had to talk to someone else so I did and the quoted wait time was 1hour and 30minutes ok we saw everyone come and go and never got seated apparently they only have 3 tables for partys of 8 but we were not party of 8 we were 5 adults and 2 kids that could fit in a table for 6 so finally we get a table after waiting 2hours. Our waiter seemed cool got our orders and so far so good our food came out all except one order and they kept bring the wrong food like 5 times until told the waiter the order again. I love my steak with A1 sauce I told the waiter that I needed some and he never brought any therefore I didnt eat my steak nor did he come to refill our drinks. Had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE this time so my opinion is Texas Road house is good to go only when its 4 people and below NOT FOR PARTIES 5 and over. Had it been my first time there I would never return and take my business and money elsewhere.

They couldnt get our seating time correct even with call ahead seating. We had to wait over 2 hours to be seated. Then took over 20 minutes to get drinks. Then I ordered a medium well steak and steak was well done. The baked potato was really small compared to what they usually serve. Then when it came to pay for my $73 check was told they couldnt take my $25 gift card cause the machine was down. Myself and everyone else that was in my party (19) that they can only take cash. I paid my check and gave the waitress a $10 tip. This was disappointing because we were there to celebrate my dads 87 birthday. He loves Roadhouse and so do the rest of us. But what he wanted was to celebrate his birthday with his kids , grandkids and great grandkids to have enjoyable dinner and spend time with us all. But we got a very stressful evening and separated where he couldnt enjoy his family. This was unacceptable service. This needs to be addressed. I will return the restaurant under the belief that it was a bad night.

We frequently come to Tx Roadhouse, love the food. Two Sundays ago we came for steaks, the music was so loud you could not even speak to one another. We asked to be moved from the bar area to a back area and for a time it was manageable but grew even louder still. We asked for the manager and we were told "our motto is proud and loud, everyone knows that ! Well that may be so but when the music is over 85 decibels its a health hazard. Maybe OSHA needs to make a" proud and loud" visit with decibel meters unannounced. Proud and loud does not give management the right to destroy its workers hearing and its patrons. Very poor management culture. Hearing damage is cumulative thats why factory workers are required to wear earplugs for hearing safety and have tests once a year to access that hazard. TURN DOWN THE VOLUME...its a health violation ! Oh and yes I was threatened if I complained the managing partner would just shoot me down publicly. Really ? Get your managers some training !!

Let me start off by saying, my family has been dining here for years, We have celebrated many events at Texas Roadhouse and have always had great food and excellent service. However, this Saturday night was a total difference experience. We waited almost 30 minutes for salads, being a patron here on my occasions I knew this was not normal, Once our food arrived, after I asked the waitress about it and why it was taking so long, it was cold. The prime rib my mother ordered medium well was under cooked, and overall it was by far my worst experience at a restaurant in a long time. I actually felt sorry for the manager, not sure if he was thrown into that position or what, but what use to be great restaurant was way below my expectations. On the side note, the manager was apologetic and gave us a meal for two on the house that I am not sure we will ever use.

If I could leave no stars I would, I ate here on April 7th my child had her tablet and she sat it down in the booth we got up to leave and I ended up leaving the tablet in the booth but I realized it as soon as I went out the doors and turned around. The bus boy had already cleaned the table off and her tablet was nowhere to be found. It disappeared in 2 mins but the manager claimed she trusted her staff and they would turn it in, but yet my childs tablet was gone within 2 mins her staff watched me closely enough to clean the table off as soon as we got up but no one can locate where her tablet was. And also the waitress that searched for it before the manager was told said that they had cameras and shed tell the manager to watch them but all the sudden they only had cameras outside.

Extremely busy. Parking lot was full and hard to find a spot. Crowded entrance and side walk. Despite this, our party of 4 were seated immediately. Server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Loud environment, can be hard to converse. The fried pickle appetizer is sooo good. For my meal I had the steak and shrimp. Was offered 2 sides, but only ordered the loaded sweet potato. The steak was perfect. Tender, juicy. They offer for you to pick your own cut when you first enter. The shrimp were grilled and tasted fresh and tender, not overcooked. The sweet potato is the perfect side to the savory meats with this dish. This is a great place for dinner and friends, just a little loud for catching up with someone you havent seen in a while.

The food was good cant complain about that. The only problem was our waitress, she wasnt very helpful, she would hardly go to the table to check on us... It was pretty busy so it was understandable that the food would take a while ,but 30 min. into waiting another waitress comes to our table to let us know the plates fell and they were on their way with another order. 10 min later we got our food.. Then come to find out the waitress forgot to place my daughters order, she had to wait in total 50 minutes for a burger.. oh well for our 1st experience it wasnt all that great. I would go back for the food, just as long as we get a different waitress that is actually helpful.
