Disappointed! The bar staff was great! My waitress when we moved to a table, not so much! I ordered beef sliders w Frys and was told that was not possible that I HAD to take the onion rings that came w them despite that I had just seen beef sliders w Frys delivered to someones table. When I asked to speak to a manager to see why frys was not a possible option all of a sudden it was possible. Then I ordered a layered shot and the manager told me it was impossible to layer the two liqueurs. When I mentioned I use to bartend and always layered my shots then he proceeded to b a smartazz w a high five. So immature and rude! Miraculously my shots came to me layered. Customer service is not this establishment forte. If a customer wants Frys instead of onion rings it should b OK. If a customer is paying $7 for a shot and ask it to b layered it should be ok too and a manager should not go out of his way to b ugly and a smartazz.

Having never heard of Bar Louies, my wife and I passed by one day while shopping at Firewheel and decided to check it out. First impressions: WOW...love the decor, and DANG...look at the size of the bar area! We took a seat at the bar, and I was impressed by their beer selection. Im old-school, and LOVED that they had Pabst Blue Ribbon drafts. We ordered about half-way through my ice-cold PBR, and we were promptly delivered our food. I ordered the Salmon Sliders, and they were DELICIOUS!!!! Along with my VERY TASTY side of beans and rice (black beans sitting next to the rice...a nice touch), I tasted my wifes burger and it was very good as well. First impressions were very positive. Like I told the bartender, we also enjoyed the fact that we enjoyed being able to hear the music that was playing. As a music lover, I enjoy sitting at a bar and enjoying the sounds. Well definitely be back!!!

Been here twice and really enjoy it! Conveniently located in Firewheel. The atmosphere is great and is lively and fun. Food and drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced. Huge menu of goodies! TVs located throughout. They have a large bar or you can sit at a table. This place is great for parties and large groups or just getting together with a few friends or coworkers. Employees are great and are friendly and engaging and know their menu very well. Ladies room is nice and clean. Even though it fills up here in the evenings, it never feels crowded or closed in. Very comfortable to hang out for a couple of hours and is very casual. Highly recommended!

I love this place... my husband and I had a date night and decided to give this place a try. It was packed. We got a large table, to big for two but that was all that was available. We sat and a fabulous waiteress name Babi can to serve us. We both ordered burgers... I had the bluecheese one and my husband the classic. Everything was great. The food, the atmosphere. We shared the other half of our table with a group of people, and they seem to have a great time as well. I have been back a few times and I always sit in Babies section. If you havent tried it please do and as for Babie..shes great.

Great atmosphere, great wait staff and managers. The bad rating is for the food. I say get new folks in the kitchen. Best item...burger sliders. Nachos...no, hot wings...no. Flat bread...no, calamari...eeh. Order ed a bunch of food as part of a business outing. Nachos had no queso (sent back...redo not much better), hot wings were not hot (had to order a bottle of hot sauce), flat bread...wheres the chicken?? Otherwise, great place to hang out and have drinks, watch TV. Prices are cheap, which could be why the food is not their forte, but still no excuse for poor quality.

I give them one star and that was just because we got a table. After ordering and waiting 35 minutes we just got up and got our own water. Another 10 minutes passed and the waitress finally brought our drinks along with our cold appetizer. The service was beyond poor. I would never recommend this place to anyone. When we got our bill, of course it was wrong, she tried to charge us for 2 drinks instead of one. Unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Cool place ,nice lay out ,and good atmosphere and music ,only reason i did 4 stars was because food is a lil pricey ,as in the calamari was 12 bucks, but was a small quantitie ,not worth it in my opinion but food is good here tho but a lil up there for certain things. And our drinks were 9 a piece, but otherwise over all good

First time! Awesome atmosphere, the food was amazing, and the staff, the manager went way above and beyond my expectation. I have severe food allergies that keeps me from being able to eat out much. He was so kind and made my experience wonderful and worry free! This place is by far top notch. We will be going back very soon!

Absolutely amazing experience. The drinks were made to order, with perfection on the head of my draft. My waitress, Taylor, was fantastic. She was there when I needed a new drink, my order came out spot on (a lot of subsitutions). Id definitely recommend going to this location around a lot nesting for taylor!

Dont believe the "KITCHEN OPEN LATE" claim. Been there twice, almost an hour before close and the kitchen was closed. Wish I could rate higher on the actual food and drinks but one time is too many to go specifically to a place that advertises a late kitchen and its closed. Cant rate the food since I couldnt get any.

Rachels team is amazing. Everyone from Chris Newkirk the bar manager to the hands on world class customer Service from Justin Roach is amazing. I walk here from my apartment, and only here. Best bar louie Ive been to and Im from baton rouge , LA!

Just left there @ Houlihans, walked in to bar louie, greeted have a seat anywhere, sat ourselves, had to go ask for my water. Enjoyed walking out. Never again.. (We saw about three or four servers just standing around during our short stay)

If you like 30 minute waits for a beer when theres 12 people in the bar, this is the place for you! Decent food and drinks however completely ruined by the slow service. Dont wait on a server go to the bar for your goods

YELP UPDATE 8/12/17: Christopher & Uri HAND MADE Jelly for our toast!!! They ran out of packaged Jelly, so the folks in the Kitchen created their Jelly version of jailhouse hooch! It was tanfastic! Thank you again!!!

Great place for food and drinks. My only complaint is no changing table in the mens or womens restroom. I understand this is a "bar" kinda setting but being a new establishment itd surprising to not have one.

Great food specials, cold beer and friendly staff. Really not much more we could ask for. My wife and I come in about every other week and have never been disappointed.
