We chose this Fridays location to have a family dinner together after our Sons High School Graduation. At 11am I made a reservation for a party of 14 at 9:30pm. I wanted to be sure that they would have space and staff available to serve such a large party so I was sure to make my reservation early so they wouldnt be caught off guard. When we arrived, the hostess told us that it had been a slow night and the manager had sent home most of the staff and only had 2 waiters available. The place was mostly empty but we were told that we could not be seated because they didnt have anyone to take out drink order right away, which didnt make any sense at all. I walked up to the bar order a drink for my wife and I and that is when we witnessed the Manager named Chris taking shots of Patron with the bartender. Once we were finally seated, our Server was very friendly and professional. He did an outstanding job trying to take care of us. When our food came out, the manager carried out some of the food to help out. He then reached across the table and handed a hot plate with a hot skillet of Mac and Cheese to my father in-law and burned him with it. It was clear that the manager was intoxicated and had no business serving customers. We felt highly disrespected that we had chosen to celebrate a special time with our family in an establishment that is so poorly managed and operated.

One star... A freebie because I couldnt leave a review without giving at least one star. We spent an hour in the restaurant and didnt even get to eat. 20 minutes to get my first drink order, we had to switch tables because there was a profuse amount of some unknown liquid saturating the floor under our booth, once we were moved I noted that no one cleaned it up and they even tried to re-seat it and the couple they sat immediately moved. Our server never checked on us, when our food finally came out it was put on the wrong table, we notified the server who failed to notice despite the fact the other table was in her section. While they apologized and brought us free chips and salsa, we didnt ask for nor want chips and salsa. The second time our food came out it was only half of what wed ordered and they failed to inform us during ordering or dropping the food off that they had run out of a component from one of our dishes and just delivered it to our table and the other dish (nachos) was not well prepared, it appeared as though a stack of tortillas was thrown into the fryer and they were a giant stuck together clump with cheese on top. At this point I asked for a manager who seemed only too happy to let us leave upset, she made no attempts to correct the mistakes or make up for our unsatisfactory experience. Ive had bad service before but this was beyond bad.

Dont dine in at TGI Fridays or at least not this one. Ive been there three times in the past month or so (all during slow hours when the restaurant isnt busy at all, and working at one I know what busy is and isnt) but each time they take a while to refill waters/drinks, and they never really care to get empty plates/cups out of the way and today our server took at least 10-15 minutes to even come near our table so we could ask for the check after being there for about an hour and dealing with this server being unavailable or taking too long most of the evening, granted we were having a a conversation but that shouldnt stop you from avoiding my table completely. He also took another 10-15 to run my card. Forgot to mention I had to go get the hostess to get him so he would bring the check and we could leave. She was very nice on the phone when I called to see if there was a wait and when we got there and when I asked for our server, no complaint on her. The food is always pretty good for a decent price but the servers arent trained properly or I dont even know but the only way Im going back is to pick up a to go order MAYBE. When servers are retrained on how to properly check up on their tables in a timely fashion Ill consider dining in again.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon, around 3:30, and were seated immediately. That was the best part of our visit. They have a crew of inexperienced and clearly immature kids. Our server "Veronica" took at least 10 minutes to retrieve 2 fountain drinks. Our wait for the food wasnt too bad, but 25 minutes passed before we saw Veronica again, with the check....no refill service or dessert offer. Once I laid the check wallet flat, she was at the table within 2 breaths. We noticed other staff members were either horseplay in or just standing around in conversation, so we requested a to speak with the manager. who turned out to be all of "19“ years old, and " in training"! She listened, apologized for the poor service, and proceeded to walk off, probably back to the gossip table, with no offer of reconciliation. Neither of us will be returning to this location.

That is the last time I spend $15 on a kids meal! I came here with some friends after running at a charity race last weekend because Ive always known TGI to provide good food in generous portions for which you in turn pay a premium. I had the money to spend, and I was hungry, so TGI seemed like a good pick. I was wrong. My friend and I ordered the cajun pasta, and after about an hour wait I asked the server how long it would be before our food arrived. He apologized for the wait and said hed see if he get our meals out right away. The only explanation for what he brought out was that the cook must have split one portion of pasta into our two bowls and called it one meal. It was a huge disappointment after seeing the menus picture of a full bowl. I paid $15 for the kids meal plus tip and walked away hungry. Definitely not worth it.

I always look forward to the Jack Daniels burger when i come to fridays. Unfortunately, this particular location has now twice been bad. Ive learned my lesson and will be going to Houlihans when shopping at firewheel! Food has come out wrong, and then when she reluctantly took it back, the same burger came out just thrown jack Daniels sauce on it and colder. My sister ordered a salad with dressing on the side, and it came with the dressing on it and soggy. Drinks stayed empty and waitress was short and not very quick. The restaurant wasnt busy at all, it was a Monday around 1:30. I ended up not eating and sitting being polite due to my mom not wanting me to say anything. I will not be returning.

Ive eaten in the particular Fridays several times. Ive had great service MOST of the times. Tonight was no different. I had the dreamsicle shooter and it wasnt good, as a matter of fact it tasted like water with whipped cream on top. I told my waiter (John) who told the manager. They promptly came over and offered to either take it off my order or fix me another. I got the key lime pie shooter and it was great. My husband ordered the endless apps and John kept them coming. Definitely a great visit. Make sure you ask for John. Hes very attentive.
