I typically enjoy Chipotle, but this was absolutely the worst experience Ive had at ANY restaurant/food establishment in the past 10yrs. We were there on Friday night around 6:30p. On the food line, several of the employees were goofing off (not just having fun, but not doing their job). One of them threw a towel across the line at an employee near the register, causing him to drop my sons burrito into the trash. They had to remake it, but not until after almost a minute of arguing over who was going to tell my son what happened. They then overcharged us, but fixed the problem. Then, there were at least 10 tables open, but none of them anywhere near clean. The floor was nasty. The trash cans were overflowing. The drink station was sticky and covered in trash. Had they been understaffed or overcrowded, it might be excusable, but they had three employees basically not doing anything behind the counter and several on break. Once a lady came and and picked up about a handful of paper trash from the drink station, but that was it for the 45min we were there. The girl at the register was on her phone constantly and wasnt pleasant at all. When I spoke to the manager on duty, he just said, "Yeah, someones supposed to be cleaning up. I dont know whats going on." When I asked to get the contact info for the GM, he tried to give me a refund. I told him to instead get the place cleaned up for the rest of the evenings shift. Ive tried to contact the GM, but without luck so far.

Was in here tonight and super disappointed. The staff at this location gets worse and worse everytime I go in. Tonight they were out of black beans, pico, and chips. And after I spent 20minutes in line, they were so low on veggies and pinto beans it was gonna be another 15minute wait. By the time I left I had the wrong beans, no veggies, the wrong salsa, no chips and had been in there close to 40 minutes. They said they were just low on ingredients, but it didnt help that the kitchen staff was cleaning the grills and walls instead of keeping the line stocked with what they did have. And it didnt help that the staff acted like deer in the headlights and the cashier was rude and full of excuses. Guess I will have to drive directly pass this location to the one at Eldorado where the staff is friendly and knows how to do their job efficiently.

Not sure if any of the employees I interacted with have worked here longer than a couple days. I made a request to have melted cheese. I dont like a burrito with a big blob of dry cheese. The kid looked at me like I was an alien. I dont care if its microwaved, grilled or whatever. Finally one of the other workers said we do like a quesa-ritto type deal. She went away and the kid froze like he was abandoned. He asked 3 other girls who didnt know what the hell was going on. Finally, instead of coming back to me he just went to the next customer. By the the time the girl came back out with gloves on she just wrapped the burrito up and didnt even bother doing the quesadilla thing. Who runs this restaurant ??? Wont be coming back.

This Chipotle on 380 near 75 is consistently dirty and the staff are usually rude. We visited last weekend and one of the staff preparing the food jumped all over me for pointing my finger an inch over the glass at a topping. Meanwhile shes wiping all of the excess toppings off of the counter with the same gloves that she is preparing the food with. I have visited several locations in the Dallas area and this is by far the dirtiest and most unfriendly of the group.

While the food is delicious and healthy the customer service is consistently poor at this location. They are typically rude, often out of at least one food item and cross contamination is a constant problem (a big issue for those with food allergies.) Despite the problems I eat here often because 1) healthy fast food is hard to find and 2) this is my closest location by 10 minutes, sometimes I do make the drive to a better staffed location.

Horrible place...no portion control...working too fast and just put crap in your burrito...sometimes half is full of rice and other times no rice...veggies are sometimes completely burned or sometimes not cooked at all....need better management....who knows...or may be all chipotles going this way...will not go to any chipotle again..they lost me as a customer...I wish there was Qdoba or other options near by...oh well.

Asked for a large cup for water and was told they are only for soda. Im 8 months pregnant which is obvious and it was 96 degrees outside and I was taking my food Togo. She kept trying to give a small cup until I told her I havent had a problem in the past. I wouldnt have mind paying $0.50 like sonic but she didnt even give me the option. I found it rude and very uncomfortable as a regular customer.

Terrible service, staff is unusually slow for Chipotle and they are so hit and miss on portions. Will take nearly 15 minutes to get through like 8-10 people not even during rush hour. I love chipotle but if you have the option go to another location. For those in Mckinney the El Dorado location is on point with serving portions and effeciency.

It was a smaller Chipotle, comparatively speaking. I went around 830pm and the wait was minimal. The staff seemed preoccupied, as if other things were more important. The restaurant was fairly clean. I have been to cleaner, more efficient Chipotles for sure. The food was good as usual though. The location made for easy access.

The food is good but the lines are really long because of the location. The other thing that I would like to point out is the amount of police officers and detention officers that are in the place. A WHOLE BUNCH!!! I guess you say that its safe there if you had to say something. :) The food is great and the staff is wonderful!

Only went here once, I think its overrated and expensive for what you are getting. You can make the steak or chicken at home get some flour tortillas, fresh tomatoes,cilantro, rice etc at your local store for way cheaper and make it at home and tastes the same. I go to Taco Bell instead for there cheap nachos and food

Horrible!!!!! Just got chicken and rice for lunch. You know what kind of chicken they serve. Bargain bin, bottom barrel crap chicken. Would you call chicken "fresh and delicious" if it had FAT and LIGAMENTS in it???? That what they served me. Too bad I took it to go. I would have asked for a refund if I ate there.

Food was pretty good. The steak is medium rare and the white rice is cooked with mint and rosemary. The portions are a little less then what i hoped for a double steak and double rice. Services was decent a little fast pace but understandable because of the flow of customers that came in.

Fantastic Customer service! The employees were all very kind and cheerful, they all made you feel right at home even it youre a newbie (like my self), though I dont know if it was just me, but I wasnt the biggest Fan of the food. Its was good, dont get me wrong it just seemed off to me.
