I used to work for Chipotle and I eat at different ones on a regular basis. I order the same thing every time, but change it from burrito to bowl depending on how I feel. I got a bowl this time, after the lunch rush when they should have everything freshly made and stocked on the line. They were out of black beans and brown rice. The grill cooks ignored the girl at the counter when she called for rice and black beans forcing her to scrape the dredges of the containers. Not a problem normally. Except that I pay 11.58 every time and I come to Chipotle for the quality and the quantity of food I get for my money. I left with a bowl half the size of what I get everywhere else due to the cooks, plural cooks, not wanting to refill the line when told theyre out of something. As I said I used to work for Chipotle. As a grill cook. And I was the only cook on morning shift up until early afternoon with lines out the door until 2pm. Never ran out of stuff on the line for more than an instant. As soon as it was out it was replaced. With one cook. These guys had 2 and couldnt keep up with a nearly empty store. Im pretty pissed I got half the usual amount of food and still had to pay nearly $12 for it.

I have been to this location 3x and every single time it was very slow process! Alot of standing around not helping!! Today while I was in there, there were people in front of me being helped then all of a sudden, Im next in line and Im standing there with a full line all the way to the door behind me...waiting, for over 5 minutes, for nothing! There was initially 3 ppl on the line then it ended up being only 1 girl alone doing everything for the ones ahead of me. There were about 6 in th kitchen just looking at us stand there until they finished whatever they were doing, which ended up being a replacement of rice that the only girl on the line had to put on the line herself!

We eat at Chipotle a lot, and stopped at this one on the way to a friends place. It was very new and clean, and the food was what youd expect. But the line was long because the staff was ridiculously slow. The Irving Chiptole we usually go to has 1 person for the entire line and gets us through speedy quick. This location had 4 people at the counter and it took forever, they all seemed new and a bit confused. We asked for a chorizo burrito the way the ingredients are explained on the menu literally in front of us and the girl argued with us about it because it wasnt a "set thing" on the menu. Probably wont return to this location.

I am gonna give them another try since they are still new. Positive****The person loading my burrito bowl gave more steak than normal. Cant complain there. Now.......my husband ordered a burrito. The girl who wrapped assembled it, the rolling part didnt roll it well so it fell apart as he tore the top half when we got home. We also ordered chips and guac. The guac had no flavor. It tasted like water. Really, no salt or lime was used in it. We will be back in a few months, hopefully yall can fix those issues. My son did like his cheese quesadilla!

Extremely slow for no apparent reason... they are simply clogged ... four people hovering over doing what?? No idea!! This is prime location... there are better expectations from chiptole Complete disgrace and annoying experience... theee times in a row Their line just DOES NOT MOVE The lady who wraps the burrito does not know how to wrap it!! In last 30 minutes she has scrapped 15 burritos! No wonder they are clogged And unhygienic ... watch the second pic closely ... they have food littered all over

I was very disappointed with this location. I understand that they are new, but I ordered online and when I got there 20 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready it was not. So I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make my order. And the cashier behind the register was stepping away and eating as people were coming through line. I have worked in the food industry and understand breaks dont come often, but she was doing this right in front of customers. Very disappointed.

NEVER coming to this location again. For the now 4th time in a row Ive had to take my "burrito" home and dump it all into a bowl or on a plate because they over fill it and do not finish wrapping it(also overfill the tacos) and the tortilla becoms so soggy it falls apart. And this last time when I asked the employee to take some out because it was too full she replies "no its fine, it will just be a little soggy" and here I am again.

5/6 times Ive ordered online for pickup at this location the order has either been lost, given to someone else, made incorrectly... and the staff glare at me like its my problem... I get mistakes happen and I never get upset or rude due to it. Its just food. But the lack of smiles or friendly faces at this location make it really uncomfortable. If they dislike their jobs as much as their faces say, maybe they should not work here.

I would say that they are a new staff and I too had to learn patience. I had a talk with one of the managers one night and she was very receptive to my thoughts as a customer. I say right there is good customer service. I give them a 5 because taking criticism is the number one sign of a professional. They are new but they are learning and as customers we need to be patient with them as well. Thank you guys at this chipotle!

Pretty crappy service these girls at the counter provides. Literally they serve with a complete do not care attitude like if they came to this place to work after a horrible day. Please improve your customer service and tell your staff to be polite to someone who is standing in line to buy food from your place. Giving this location a one star review.

If youre used to chipotles serving size, you wont be too happy with this location. My familys entire order was done with half of the ingredients. And dare you ask for more, your dissatisfaction will be met with a few pieces off the serving spoon and onto your plate or burrito. Oh joy, the first world problems...

Good lovation, great food! Theyre still working out the kinks of their operation, but given that theyre in a heavily populated area and in a building a quatwr of the size of your average Chipotle, Im more than happy to give them five stars. Their A+ chips certainly dont hurt their rating either, haha!

The line is always long at this location and the rice mostly over cooked and mushy. Each time I go they are usually out of something. They have too many staffed that do not know how to efficiently move the line. Granted they are nice but this location needs additional training.

Not sure why many of these are bad reviews. Its about the same as other Chipotle locations. Yes, there are lines when theyre busy. Yes, sometimes the lot is full. Not sure why that should be a reason for a bad review, though.
