The food is what you should expect from Popeyes and thats really good, but thats if you get what you order and after a long wait every time. I placed an order through drive-thru specifically asking for the items (chicken tenders, shrim, and biscuits and not the combos, no sides, drinks etc. I also asked for their jam packets for the biscuits. When i pulled around and paid. The receipt had all full meals with sides that i did not order. When i questioned the receipt they did not correct it, they said it was only .50c more per meal for these additions, and they did not get the concept that this was only for 2 people and more food we wanted and not what i ordered. They then said it would take 3-4 minutes for the chicken to be done, and asked me to pull around. This has happened the past 3 times Ive ordered from here, and it took closer to 10 minutes for them to come out with the wrong order, and ultimately without the jam packs I requested. I would say its worth the food if this didnt consistently happen. Go to chick-fil-a chicken is just as good and its consistent.

Me and my friends used to ALWAYS eat at KFC and its right next door to us. We now drive the extra distance every week to eat pop eyes The food is so much more better it makes KFC look like there serving B grade quality meats. This place serves premium chicken and the staff is always friendly. The owner is a very nice man When you go to KFC you have to fight to get dipping sauce or any condiments and the employees are not nice. they hire kids who hate working there Also KFC booths have huge rips in them they look so terrible its been like that for years At pop eyes the emoyees are very good with you and they take care of what ever you need.

Extremely rude, went my first time, got accused of being a free loader and a thief even when I have never stolen in my life, its ironic a bunch of low wage entitlement taking individuals would have the audacity to call me as a business owner and tax payer a free loader, needless to say if you wanna be belittled by their staff and incompetent management you found the perfect place, I mean if anything the one in Neptune is much closer and nicer. Clearly they mistook me for someone else or took some bad drugs, my guess is they wont be there long

Popeyes in Howell was the worst experience I have ever had. Everytime I went in I would bear witness to the owner and manager Tasha Cyril threatening her employees with racist threats from paying illegal wages to Mexican employees and even white employees. Its amazing how her anger issues hasnt landed her in jail. On my last visit I stopped after those loud intolerable rants, she must not go out in public often because when people speak like that in public it usually ends in handcuffs.

Looking for great tasting chicken, red beans and rice, Mac and cheese; all at a very reasonable price? Then this is the place for you! I just edited my previous review, moving up to 5 stars instead of 4. Now that they have been open for a while they have worked through training of all of their new hires and it shows great management involvement. Great job to the whole staff!

Yes - I agree with others that the service is fast and the place is very clean. The only thing that I dont agree on is the "TASTE " of the chicken. It is not nearly as tasty as KFC. Popeyes chicken is a bit bland, however good, whereas KFCs is wicked tasty with all those spices that they incorporate in their product. Check it out for yourself and youll see the difference.

It was first time I came to this location. The spicy chicken was old food reheated with some spots on the chicken spicy and other spot w no flavor The garbage was overflowing out of its container I will not go there again and wont recommend it to anyone Poor management at this location

A very nice chicken fast food restaurant. Being that its new, its still in very good shape and looks clean. The food was tasty and hot and seemed very fresh. I believe the chicken is better then KFCs... Definitely a try...

This restaurant is clean & the service is super fast even though its constantly busy. Waited on line & was helped by Prashant, the manager, & he was extremely friendly. He helped my mother & I & we were both very happy. :)

First and last time. I ordered spicy chicken strips and got mild. No silverware with mashed potatoes. Mac & cheese not available. Shrimp not available. Food sucks. Rude service.

The shrimp was really good! I loved the biscuit. But the chicken tenders had a funny texture. Not sure if it was a fluke but Im going back for the shrimp and biscuits!!
