La comida no esta tan mal pero ahi los meseros o por lo menos uno de ellos, creo se llama Raul, te agregan 15% de prooina pero al hacer cuentas, me cargo alrededor del 20%. la propina fue mas cara que el platillo mas caro. No lo recomiendo They charge on the bill 15% for tip, but looking at the figures they end charging 20%, more than the consumption of one person in a group of 3. I dont recommend this restaurant

Utter swill. The queso seems to be watered down canned cheese substance. The shrimp was so hammered overcooked it was hard, dry, shriveled up rubber balls with burnt black tails of jalapeno pepper. The Mexican potatoes were so grease logged when I bit into a large slice oil ran down my chin. Some slices were potato chip crispy and some were half raw. My sons corndog was hard enough to pound a nail into wood. But the absolute worst was that the refried beans tasted like they poured fish oil in them. My husband tasted it too. Just disgusting and I dont understand how there could be any good reviews of this places food. Would walk for many miles, up hill, in a blizzard to avoid eating here ever again.

As a frequent visitor to the place and having done a party for guests there, I have really enjoyed this place and their service. This is a family run restaurant and sometimes it is not as prim and proper as other places but for what they charge, the serve excellent food at reasonable price. They have a very spicy version of their sauce that can give you a stomachache if you eat too much! I personally like family run places and this is the only family run Mexican place I choose to go to now in Plano. Having eaten at Harerras in Dallas for thirty plus years, I would say this is like the family run Harrerras.

Horrible...called in my order and was told 15 minutes to pick it up. I get there a little early so I sat at the bar...not one employee asked if I would like a beverage of any kind while I wait, I would have grabbed a margarita, and barely even greeted me. I waited 30min, and was charged more than the total I was given over the phone. Food was subpar...and wrong. Would have better luck at Taco Bell or Bueno!!!! Live and learn..or take my advice and just dont bother with this place!

Went for lunch with a few co-workers yesterday. The food was brought out super fast but it was not good at all. We all had stomachaches later on that day. The queso was not good at all, didnt even taste like queso. It was just horrible. The waiters were arguing, in Spanish thinking we didnt know Spanish, we are all fluent in Spanish. It was very rude and the things they were saying was very disrespectful. I will never ever step foot in this place again.

three of us had a lunch here, and there were only 3 tables around 1pm in this big place (we should be more cautious!). the food is fine, martini is good. the issue is the bill. the tip of 16% is automatically charged in the bill, and after a day we found that they charged twice on us ($107 and $157) within 2 mins! We live far away, and call the phone and no one answers. Avoid this place.

Food was above average. Service was almost non-existant. We had to flag down different servers to get our drinks refilled as they whizzed past us. Had to ask manager for a check when we were ready to leave. The restaurant was NOT at all busy. I think our waiter turned out to be the bar tender and he had other things he wanted to do besides taking care of us.

They served My partí and I very well weve been going for many years and recently they have achieved a vast growth of improvement in their service. The food is amazingly good. If you dont like mexican food I recommend you take you hard earned money somwehere else.

Weve been coming here for years, one of our local favorites. They do a special Valentines Day dinner with a special menu and live music! All the standards, enchiladas, tacos, burritos etc. Best chicken tortilla soup ever! Best charro beans too!

Food is delicious, authentic, and a fair price!!! Everything I tried was great and Im really picky. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean *including the bathroom* which says a lot. LOVE THIS PLACE oh great margaritas too!!!

We live nearby and have been going there for years, but the service has only gotten worse. The food is mediocre at best. It takes forever to get your food and the bill is usually wrong. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

One of my favorite places in Plano. The food is very good, and the service is always attentive. Theyll even make things that are not on the menu if you ask them. Margaritas are good, tableside guacamole is very good.

The restaurant wasnt busy or under staffed and yet the food took an hour to arrive then had to wait another half hour for the ticket. The food was just above fast food quality. I have no idea why people go there.

We live right down the street and have been coming here for years. Food and service are good with the typical wait time. Prices are cheap and its never really crowded in here. No wait time to be seated.

The Mexican food selection is nice. The margarita selection is pretty good as well. The wait staff has been friendly and our food is always hot and fresh tortillas.

Great Mexican food with an awesome meeting room if you need to get a group together with some privacy. Our meetings are normally about 20 and it accommodates well.
