No calculators here and it shows. The bill is handwritten so its easy to get overcharged if youre not paying attention. Got my bill and almost didnt noticed, but adding up everything was about $16+, but the bill showed $21. Hummm. After asking to have the bill totalled properly TWICE, the server then added another item to the bill to increase the amount. Whoops - I was still over charged... So I asked again to have the bill properly totalled, so the server retotaled again and guess what? It still wasnt close to $21 even after adding the sales tax. Maybe El Pueblito should round all their prices to make it easier to total the bill or they could use the cash register they have in the front. Anyway, I did get an apology from someone nearby the cash register, but I wonder how many other people have contributed to the "didnt have a calculator cause".... Anyway, its just money, the atmosphere is blandly decorated and a bit annoying that the kitchen radio is always competing with the dining room television, but the food was good, just dont forget your calculator.

Been here twice in 5 days...fantastic food! I am extremely critical of mexican food because my dad owned a restaurant for 20+ years. This place is small, quaint, very inexpensive but the food was fresh, hot and came out quickly. The menu has everything you could think of. The chips are perfect because they are thin and crunchy. Its better that way so you dont get full off the thicker chips that other restaurants have. Both salsas were great... Hot but not sweat through your shirt hot. The chili de arbol salsa that comes in a ketchup bottle is pretty damn hot and itll sneak up on you. AAAAAAA++++++++

Well I wasnt sure when I looked at this restaurant from outside, but it was the only one open at 10:30 am on Sunday morning. It was turned out to be one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants discovery. Its small place but filled with many friendly servers. Chips and Salsa was on our table before we even sat down. Food came out quick too and it was authentic and delicious. Prices are very very reasonable. This is the place I guarantee you will go back!

Chips, good. Salsa, spicy and yummy. Service wonderful, staff always happy. Cheese enchiladas are delicious as are their sopapillas and pretty much everything else. Even though its busy often I never leave unsatisfied and am always happy and full of yummy food, this is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant and Id recommend anyone to come here and keep coming back myself.

Very good Mexican place, authentic food and small mom and pop atmosphere. Great lunch specials. Often very busy at lunch, and sometimes a wait. We are often visitors from work here and have on occasion been guilty of taking up %50 of the tables at once, but they dont seem to mind :-)

While at Bands of America, read reviews about this place. What pleasure to find they were spot on, this is great place. Everyone in my group was very happy. The service and the food was amazing. Lucky for us, we have another band contest next weekend, and can eat here again.

We discovered El Pueblito in December 2013! Since that time we eat there at least once a week! The food is excellent, service is excellent, and prices are excellent! If you havent been you gotta go. Love the salsa, shrimp fajitas, Monterrey and Verde dinners! Enjoy!

This is our default Tex-Mex Plano! The food is always fresh, hot and the servers are awesome. Our favorites are the sour cream chicken enchiladas, fajitas, grilled shrimp and the beef chili rellanos. If you go during peak time, there will almost always be a wait.

Small space but big flavor. Authentic Mexican food even my mother approves! Salsa was really really good and definitely ask for the spicier one as well. Margaritas could be a little stronger. Ill be back for the salsas ;)

Nice quiet Mexican restaurant with an excellent menu and equal food. Parking is no problem. Restaurant is clean and staff is great. Only issue is that there may be a wait but it is worth it. Highly recommend.

The side order size is a joke, service is slow and pricing is high for what you get. Please dont order guacamole unless you want to pay extra for chips. Do not recommend at all.
