There was a tornado near by and I needed to take cover. I was under a self service car wash on the other side of the street, so i came to this location to seek shelter. I get to the door and it was locked. They would not let me in, they said they were closed. While I seen all employees and about 15 to 20 other patrons inside. I told him that I am not hungry Im seeking shelter from the tornado. He shook his head no and waived no with his hand. I then said where am I supposed to go and he finally let me in. I am an Uber driver that live in Addison which is 30 minutes away, I had no where to go. I am very upset now. I was very nervous and afraid at the time. I was on the phone with my sister at the time in case anything happened to me. She is very upset as well from them trying to turn me away.

Great service at the window.. eggs over done and wrong order. Gave them a 2nd chance today and shocked to have a waterbuger w/extra pickles for breakfast over a breakfast in a bun. My order was over 5.00! wtha? I called the manager. J.Bravo he didnt seem to care.. He said " oh yeah! we had a burger w/extra pickles mix up, come back and we will redo your order." NO Thanks! This was your 2nd chance and still got it wrong. He said ok. hung up. POOR SVC AND MGMT. Too bad young lady at window 1st was sweet. Todays window employee was sleepy. Ill stick to my favorite in Arlington off Collins.

Everytime I go for a honey chicken biscuit my chicken is always old and disgusting. You can tell they just dipped it in grease to reheat it. When I asked to have it fresh they asked did you ask for fresh when I ordered? Since when is that required for whataburger? I love yalls food, but this location is not serving by the whataburger standards that I know. Also, the girl serving my food did not seem to have good hygiene as her face was covered in smeared makeup as if she was partying the night before.

Great quality Whataburger. Its close to my neighborhood and I walk here all the time. I tried to walk through the drive-through at 2 AM one morning, but they said that you cant walk through the drive-through and order food... luckily the person behind me let me jump in their car and they ordered my food for me #Winning

This was my first time and it Whataburger in some years. I dont usually eat ground meat but I wanted to try because of the advertisement. My meat was overcooked on my burger and my onion rings were overly cooked as well I didnt like it.

Great Food and a fantastic location. They smile as they take your order. Nothing like the Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast. The Patty Melt is a lunchtime favorite. For dinner I recommend the Monterey Melt.

Food tastes like usual Whataburger, but the employees at this location usually seem pretty checked out and despondent. Expect slow, slow service during lunch hours.
