It was the worst experience my father and I ever had, we walked in CiCis around 12:15 lunch rush. I usually love to go and dad and I were craving really good pizza and the one on 60th and slide I go to is normally on point. Every single time friendly service great staff, But this one my father and I will not be returning to ever. We stood in line for about 10 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge us and there was a good six people behind us. Still no acknowledgement. Awful service, the line of the buffet was just terrible because you could tell they had everything from the night before out, I heard about fot people complain about the lettuce being brown, no ranch, no red peppers, and awful service. I was so terrified to see how things looked in the back because if it was filthy already on the buffet, I am not going to eat there I made my dad walk out. And I had surgery two months ago. I understand that you guys are short staffed but there is no reason for that kind of experience anywhere. I worked at Taco Bell for two.and a half years. We had been short staffed for awhile and one day it was just my manager and I and we knocked it out through a rush hour at that from 2 until 5. So honestly its just the staff was lazy and no prepared for a lunch rush that is the first thing in fast food at any place. But my father and I will not be returning because it was disgusting and really terrible service and experience, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy because no one deserves that kind of experience.

Gross! The pizza is not good and tastes dirty or written or something, the place is filthy, the workers are unprofessional to put it nicely. Only the boy workers are wearing hats and I guess the females can violate the healthcode regarding hairnets or caps for the sake of their appearance. Not a single glove to be seen. It seems the workers are so used to this too bc a guy was movie old brownies on with a plate of new ones and was picking them off with his bare hands. Saw the pizza assembler and she and her manager were making pizzas with no gloves. I was there for an hour and didnt see anyone wash their hands once. Given this place a few chances throughout the years and this is my last time eating here. Ashamed I came back after the last time. They never listened well when taking a special order. No mater who this place employees, its below standard. Owner must be awful. My spouse joked that he must be really rich and is just linking people or something.

We have good service from the staff at CiCis whenever we go. We went yesterday, 7-17-15, and the place was extremely crowded. The manager, Kat, worked hard to make sure that there was always fresh pizza and dessert coming out on the line and kept her team working well together. We did have to wait for some pizza, but considering the number of people there, the wait was not bad at all. (And, the pizza was always super fresh because of the crowds!) I applaud the staff of CiCis for being able to provide great food and service while being full of large groups and families and a lot of children. P.S. I wanted to try the new Stuffed Crust Pizza, but am a vegetarian and the pizza is pepperoni. My husband asked one of the workers, and they made me my own special little cheese stuffed crust pizza. It was very good!

The salad station was very dirty, the salad dressing containers were so sticky, the pasta looked like it had been sitting out all day and the sauces werent even half full, food all over counter tops, and pizzas werent fresh. Employees waiting for them to be eaten before putting a fresh pizza out. When I walked in I saw half eaten pizzas under the counter tops and those are the ones they used to replace eaten pizzas. Gross!!! Walls and tables were filthy and sticky. My friends and I will never go back! I am surprised they arent making people sick.

I visited this location for a to go order and when I walked in I was ignored.I was then greeted about five minutes later and told it will be just a second.I wanted a to go drink so I asked for one and apparently they didnt have any size except large which was the most expensive one. I then proceeded to get my drink at the drinking fountain and there was no ice.I had to wave down an employee to get me some ice.what should have been a quick to go order seemed like forever because of the lack of service at this location.

Pizza was raw and doughy. They were completely out of soft drinks and the employees were brash and rude, asked for a veggie pizza for my vegetarian wife and it, Never got made we actually had to leave to get her something to eat. Of all the Cicis that I have eaten at this is by far the worst.looks like it hasnt been updated in 30 years decor wise. If you like to live dangerously, and want to run the risk of getting FOOD POISONING, this is the place for you.for those who dont want to die avoid this place at all possible

This store has had so many issues. Looks like the staff is all dirty and uncaring..pizza bar is never filled up..the same for the deserts..the store is cleaner but still has issues need paint and a good scrubbing so do the employees! Salad bar was beautiful!! And they had soda..price was stupid for what we got..not enough employees working..and they where marking pizzas without gloves on..come on folks is not rocket science!!

Worst service and employees I have ever dealt with. No pizzas out on buffet, they stated they were coming out of oven yet we wowed over 20 minutes and watched employees keep pushing the pizzas back in. No gloves were being used, no silverware was out. When asked for a manager, I was told that there wasnt one available. Ive seen turtles move faster than the employees....to busy talking about personal life than doing their job.

I was not happy with my experience at this CiCis pizza. Two friends and I arrived and waited for a good 10+ minutes to pay for our buffet. (Paid $6.15) They charge a 75 cent debit card fee and did not give a student discount (like other CiCis I have been to do). The location was also sketchy. It was a very grungy atmosphere and I was not comfortable eating there. Although, the manager was very nice and helpful.

Horrible service. Cashier line was long and they barely out fresh pizza out they waited till the entire tray was cleared before putting out new pizza meanwhile he new pizza was getting cold. Also they never had dessert the entire time I was there. I even asked if any was coming out anytime soon and they respond with "no" in a rude tone and walked away. after that I told myself I would never go again.

The WORST service EVER!!!! Ordered the Pick Three for $9.99 and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. 55 minutes after I ordered my order was FINALLY ready. Manager was not interested in anything other than taking care of the buffet. He could care less about to-go orders or customers. Bad employees too. VERY imcompitent. NO training in regards to customer service! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
