The store located at 4926 50th street has incompetent staff as well as management that is by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Unfortunately it is the most convenient and nearest store in my area. The service at this store has repeatedly been so bad that we now have to place orders at any one of the other locations.Its unfortunate that this store is only 8 city blocks away from my home and any attempt to place a delivery order from another store is unaccepted and we are routed back to this location because of the distance. I am not claiming that the Pizza Hut product isnt good ( when the order is right ) my complaint is that it is far to often wrong. Complaints to management seem to go unheard and so that is why its lead to this. I wonder how many other customers have had a similar experience at this location,and if so, I encourage people to speak out to draw attention to this problem so it can get resolved.

These guys wont even take an order today. Yes, the roads are icy. I understand the reluctance to run deliveries, but thats no excuse for picking up the phone then immediately hanging up without saying a word. I called the Pizza Hut on east 82nd, which answered the phone and told me there is a 3 hour wait even for pick up. When asked about the 19th store not answering, the woman informed me that the employees "got family an people to go home to and it aint right that they gotta be out riskin dey lives bringin peoples that pizza". You know, I wish I got paid to not work and speak ghetto slang. Good job, Pizza Hut!

We sat in line for 20 minutes while the lady at the drive through took and made the order of the car in front of us instead of sending the car around so that people who ordered ahead of time could get their order. Whats the point of ordering online if you still have to spend more time in line than your pizza took to cook? All three employees were extremely rude. This is easily the least competent Pizza Hut Ive ever been too. Avoid this place at all cost. Theres a little Caesar across the street and a whataburger and I hop down the road. All of which are infinitely better.

Girl on the phone taking orders was rude. Should have got her name. Told me that is was going to take an hour and a half to get my food. I asked her why so long...her exact response "ummm we obviously we are busy". Told her to cancel my order that we would go to a friendlier faster place. Will never order from here again. Pizza hut has really gone down the tubes in the last few years service wise. Only reason we were using them in the first place was because we received a gift card. I much rather go to One Guy From Italy.

It is cold outside so I expected the 1 1/2 wait time however I did not expect a cold pizza. When I spoke with the manager he said that they made the pizza when I ordered it and it sat in the bag for 1 hour before I got it. So technically I am getting a pizza that is 1 1/2 hours old, bordering on food poisoning. In addition to getting a 1 1/2 hour old pizza I had to pay $2 extra for that old pizza and since I am nice $2 for tip. The manager gave me credit for the pizza but not the other $4.

Horrible customer service employee "Tree" has to be one of the rudest people Ive seen, Got to the pickup window, I told her the name on the order and she just walks away, After I sign the receipt and take my food she just shuts the window, not a thank you have a goodnight or anything. And it seems like managers dont care either from reviews Ive read but Im just adding to this so people know thats a bad Pizza Hut.

Cold food awful service and RUDE manager named Stephen. The driver delivered to the wrong lobby. The manager was rude and obnoxious. I am in shock that a corporation as large as Pizza Hut hires such low class unconcerned with their customers level of satisfaction. Its a waste of money low quality pizza that was cold and nasty.

The delivery driver didnt know how to get to my address on campus. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with this driver trying to direct them to the LIBRARY. After the driver STILL couldnt figure it out I canceled. Youre the Pizza Hut right next to campus, you should know where the library is.

Lets admit it ...the pizza all other pizzas are judged by is pizza hut (<50% of all pizza in America is P.H.) for being the "standard by which all others are judged says A LOT... is it my favorite ...no (its in my top 3) but if you are looking for "good", thats what youll get!!!

Ordered from them and waited 40 minutes past the delivery time. Called up there twice, once to be told it would be there in 5-10 minutes, and the second time to find out my order was cancelled for no reason. Terrible management and customer service.

I called twice in the same day 5 minutes apart and the phone rang for a 1 minute the first and second time and no one picked up. I drove by, being Im a couple blocks away and no customers inside or no one in the drive thru. Sad!

Me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza for delivery yesterday and it was honestly the best pizza Ive ever had from Pizza Hut. So good, better than dominos or little Cesars for sure.

This pizza hut has taken more than 30 minutes waiting in the drive-through (alone) on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I suggest calling your order in first and going inside to pick it up.
