The pizza tasted ok (for total cheapest pizza possible, with lots of grease) but overall a scary place (cleanliness-wise) to eat. The salad bar is minimal. The ranch dressing dispenser had dried dressing crusted at the top where it comes out. Paper cups only. NO NAPKINS! Instead, roll of those thin brown paper towels sitting on the counter on its side - not the kind you buy for your kitchen... more like the kind they probably have on prisons; i.e. a non perforated continuous roll you have to just tear to get any. No lids for the regular tiny drink cups, you have to upgrade to a larger to go cup to get a lid. The carpet looks ancient and is filthy. The restroom was terrifying - bunch of spit stuck in the sink and the weird faucet made ne fear it was all flying up into tbe air and into my face... yuck! Im including a photo of the trash on the floor- pretty much like that all over. Buffets are disgusting enough anyway, but they work here to up the ante. Someone should buy this place and make it respectable.

Havnt been here in awhile so glad We came back staff was very nice.Asked for some special pizzas that were not on buffet they were very nice and made them and were kind about it.oh and b4 i forget about the cashier and the lady next to her that I think might of been the manager they were so nice I played for 2 buffet in mainly quarters (dont get money til next week we all know how that is)they were so kind about it and made me feel not embarrassed in a embarrassing situation.Would highly recommended food was good and if you eat here the pickles are so good dont pass it up.

Floors and tables very sticky been here many times same stickyness each time need to put a little more effort into table cleaning thought i know i am talking about an impossible task to keep up with a bunch of kids and there sodas. Also make employees go away from front door to smoke nothing like having to choke on smoke to get in door. Or at least make them take off there Cicis shirts when smoking. Thought the one boy was nice enoght to hold the door open as he blew smoke in my kids face

My very first time into CiCis, I was very pleasantly greeted and was assured my pizza would be my way...I just got another pizza tonight and was surprised that Ericka the cashier called me by name "Shortie" and she made sure that my pizza was made the way I wanted it Selena came by several times and she remembered where I worked..Thumbs up on the great service...I will be going back..

We had to clean a table to be to sit down. The bathroom needed some attention. The toilet seat in the handicap stall is falling off. Its a safety hazard. We had to ask for lids for our cups, silverware, and for Ranch dressing at the salad bar. Some (not all) of the pizza had obviously been sitting out for a while, it was dried out and hard.

I have to say that I am mighty disappointed spent almost $50 for 3 adults and one child and added 20 wings. Pizza was cold and wings finally came out when we were done eating... Place was a wreck. No tea. Root beer out. Ice barely coming out. Place has been remodeled but service needs work.

How are going to have three! Yes three diffrent types of olives on the salad bar and no cheese? Step up the salad bar already. Kerrville does not have a salad bar place anywhere. Take advantage of it and add to your existing salad bar.

Surprisingly great pizza buffet, always have plenty of hot pizza ready for you. If they do not have it on the buffet just ask and they will prepare it for you. A family place, atmosphere is noisy but great food for the money.

The lettuce on the salad bar was all hard, white core instead of leaves. Several of the pizzas were too tough to eat. The sauce is unusual in flavor. The restaurant was clean, which is always a plus.
