If there were a zero star option they would get it. When pulling up there were 5 employees in the back smoking cigarettes. Upon walking in the building, it looked like a group of 5 year olds had a war with drinks and sauce packets... the said smoking employees could care less when we told them. Then we go to order and they are out of 10 inch tortillas so half the menu was then out. I went to the restroom and it was filthy! No trash bag, no towels, no soap.... the when I thought it couldnt get any worse my unsweetened tea was sweet and the girl argued with me until she tried it AND my quesadilla was cut wompy AND my cool ranch dorito taco was a regular shell. Save your money and eat elsewhere!

To be honest, Im a little miffed. I order 4 gorditas and ask for hot sauce. Adriana O gives me 2 hot sauce packets, which I do not find out about until I get back to work. That Makes no sense whatsoever. If I ordered 4 items dont you think I want at least 4 packets? I feel like I shouldnt even have to write this, it is the most common-sense idea the world.

The store needed food cleaned off some of their new tables and chairs, but overall I like how they remodeled since I was last there. Food was good, and as cheap as fast food normally is. The cashier didnt know how to remove tomatoes from my taco while taking my order, but nothing that a little more hands-on training from management couldnt fix.

This place is great. Always friendly. Always clean. Never gone late at night only during afternoon or night but the employees are ALWAYS super friendly & attentive. Appreciate that they obviously hire first time workers but they are always gracious. Will continue to go for years to come.

Service sucked ran out of beans messed my parents order up and then fixed last wouldnt give a refund until everyone at our table was already pissed Restaurant was dirty no trash bags in garbage cans we all love taco bell and didnt even get to enjoy our visit shame

Finally awesome service! So many fast food places suck, but not this one! The staff was friendly funny and fast, but not only that but wait... Accurate order! OMG never? Ive always had to check the bag but these guys got it spot on! Tell the bell, yes I will!!.
