Line servers for one had an attitude problem and lacked friendliness and customer service. Secondly (and probably the most important reason why I am reviewing this with 1 star..) is that my boyfriend who was still trying to figure out what he wanted let them know that he is letting me go ahead and for them to wait until he got done so to leave my food aside until it was time for him to pay for both of our orders...well they must of got either confused and decided to charge a random guy who was before us for my order and gave my food to him or they decided to ignore my boyfriends requests to avoid such inconvenience...Also my shrimp tasted like it had frostbite and the noodles were so freaking dry that I have had better noodles cooked in the microwave at home...yeah, one mistake we are not making again!

Its okay and here is why: 1. Inconsistent amount of food each and every time. It seems that management hasnt come up with 1 cup spoons or something... I say this because one day you can get lots of food and other days, you expect at the very least a moderate amount, and you end up with almost nothing. In fact, one time one entree of tereyaki chicken was cut into tiny pieces and spread over two entrees. 2. For the price, you would think they would have better service. 3. Panda Express is neither terrifically good nor healthy; that said, you can go elsewhere and probably pay 3/4 of what you pay for healthier truly Asian food.

This place is amazing if the people that worked there had better customer service. I love that the food is fresh. However, most of the time we dont get there u til about an hour before they close and they usually make a huge deal about not having ANYTHING left. We visit about once a week and there have been several times we have asked them to make bejing beef and they made us pull up and wait. When they bring the food out they never put the meat in the bowls.

Got there 5 minutes early to pick up a catering order and was immediately offered a free drink when it wasnt ready. There was a slight misunderstanding on the phone, as I wanted fried rice and they heard white rice, but they immediately corrected it. Then helped me carry my order to the car. Ive been picking up catering orders frequently lately for a student organization, and this was the best service I have yet received.

Worst restaurant ever! Worst portion sizes 1/4 cup of beef & broccoli. I was told that the entree is the noodles or the rice and the side is the meat. I measured the beef with broccoli the largest portion out of 4 orders was 23 cups no lie. I was told because it was considered a side not a entree. So I got a full refund and we ordered Lucky Chen and had it delivered so we could get meat for the entree not rice.

This place has never had good customer service or cleanliness, but tonight, I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before getting my food. When I got to the window, it was obvious my food had been prepared for a while, so I had waited all that time for them to finish some food item for like one or two cars. The employees didnt have the presence of mind to simply have those cars pull around.

Service here is awful. A worker was disrespectful and I quote when i was given the wrong chicken and returned to get the right chicken says, " Let me make it for you and you watch me, since it wasnt good enough the first time." To conclude, never got the right orange chicken.Orange chicken should not make me this angry.

I love panda express but this experience was not so good.The food was cold I tasted the shanghai steak and it was delicious but very cold I ask the girl to make me. Some fresh are heat that one up for me she said it on a warmer already she just needed to stir it and I said ok sat down and was still very cold.

My favorite fast food - but did have a bad experience with ordering online then waiting for 20 minutes while they kept making food line orders and not going my already paid for food. The line outside usually moves pretty fast - but I had just torn my rotator cuff so drive thru is a challenge.

There was a long beard hair in my rice all the manager did was take my plate gave me a new one with probably some more hair in it and never replaced their bowl of rice. Never said sorry either. I loved this place but they need new people that really care

This panda express is always a great experience. The food is fresh, and the employees are very nice. They pack on the portions and you never feel cheated. The restaurant is always very clean which is a great change from many fast food establishments.

Normally its good but my last visit I had to wait about 5 to 7 minutes for a cashier to cash me out. By the time I sat down my food was cold. Everyone kept walking by and looking but nobody tried to cash me out real quick. They werent even that busy.

Lets face it there are some questionable Chinese food places in town. Panda Express is not one of those. They have excellent food at reasonable prices. Definitely try the honey sesame chicken. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Fast service and it is clean and always well stocked. You do need to get your own cutlery for takeout since they dont automatically place it in the bag...so just remember to stock up on forks and napkins in your way out.

Slowest service Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. Out of the 5 times Ive been here, the drive thru has been at least a 20 minute wait every time despite there being almost nobody in line.

Our 3 year old calls this place Kung Fu Panda Express. She loves it and they have always provided us with excellent service, even when crowded with Tech students around lunch time.

Meats, chicken regardless of their type taste really good. However, noodles, fried or white rice taste bad. Also shrimp is not that good neither is the ribs.

On two separate occasions, the extra wait time on my order was compensated with free extra crab rangoon or a soft drink. Phenomenal customer service! :)
