Although Im never happy with spending $22.00 dollars on two so-so burgers, two fries, and two drinks... I was absolutely furious when we got up to leave the restaurant! My wife got up, grabbed her purse, the brown bag of food, and put our two drinks under her arm. I grabbed the baby bag and the car seat which my 5 month old daughter was sleeping in. Needless to say each of our 4 arms was full... My wife then used the side of her foot to push in our chairs and we walked out the front door. Not while we were in the store, but only after we were about 10 feet away from the building did the jerk working at the microphone say "oh, and thanks for kicking the chair" as we walked away. They should be thankful we didnt leave a mess with the chairs in the middle of the walkway not insulting customers who obviously have their hands full. A restaurant is no place for melodrama especially considering it wasnt even a kick and it was with the side of her foot. I can understand someone telling me something face to face, but being a jerk like they are they used the outside speaker to say some snotty remark... I called immediately after we got home and was hung up on when I asked for a manager. I called a second time about 30 minutes later and after a brief murmuring in the background was hung up on again. I will never again support this company, even dispite this situation the food is not that good. McDonalds quality at best.

I have had Five Guys Burgers & Fries in Dallas and here. I was turned onto them from an old friend. The decor fits their business and type of service. They are a fast food burger place that believes in service being fast and consistent. The food is always cooked fresh, the potatoes in which the fries are cooked from that day are displayed and told where they are from. Prices are great, selection is great. It beats the other fast food chains hands down consistently, just not my own kitchen... but dont let that take away from the place, IT is the place to get your burger and fries instead of other fast food places when you are eating out.

I have never eaten such a horrible and tasteless burger in my entire life. I cannot believe people give this restaurant good reviews. Everything they make is from SAMs club, the beef patty no seasoning- absolutely no taste, the sesame bun was stale, the lettuce they use on the burger is one you would expect to see in Caesar salad- not fresh at all. I will never ever put my foot in this restaurant again. For what they charge I feel defrauded of my hard earned money. Not happy.

The burgers here are the best fast food burgers you can find. They are always made to order, and you have a huge array of toppings to choose from. Some folks think the burgers are overpriced, but given the quality and the sheer quantity of toppings you can get for the price, the burgers are a great value. The fries are also awesome, especially when very fresh.

I love Five Guys burgers and fries. This is one place where I can get a burger without a bun and not have them question it; this is important to me since I am now on a carbohydrate-restricted diet. The burgers are juicy without being greasy. The fries are always crispy outside and tender inside. HIGHLY recommended

Stopped by before work. Fries were super undercooked and the bacon was burnt. When I called back in, manager informed me bacon "is always crispy", when I said its black he replied, "o sorry". Said he couldnt do anything about it. Before this incident I ate here often, will never return to this location.

The burgers are really good but the fries are not. So it would be better of you just order the burgers. Also the smell of the shop is awfully bad. I remember I turned around and decided to have something else for dinner after 2 seconds of getting into the restaurant.

The most overrated burgers and fries you can get in town. Theres just really nothing special about Five Guys. The place smells of grease when you walk in the door. The food is nothing to get excited about. There are better options in town.

How long does it take to make a hamburger when that is the only thing on your menu? 25 Minutes! Ridiculous. Food was good, but the wait was way too long. Next time I want a hamburger, I wont be going here.

This location (19th) has smelled like sewage for the last month or 2. Needs to be fixed. Not sure how people eat and work in that environment. Edit: 6/1/17 Issue has since been fixed.

Good burger place. Fresh ingredients are their calling card. Burger not special. Service is slow but they know it and this is not a place that tries to have your budget out in 2min.

The burger was satisfactory (grilled onions could have been cooked more) but the fries were below sub par. Far from being worth the 2.59 they cost for a regular sized order.

Bathrooms are accessible when youre inside. The door is extremely heavy. Theres no way I couldve gone in our out without my husbands help. Burgers are delish. ☺☺

Expensive and not as good as a chain spot. Not worth the time and money. The burgers arent terrible but the fires are lacking flavor.
