The food itself was never my problem...Until I worked there! Their managers shouldnt even be in their position due to their lazy incompetency or should I say completely condoning their High School employees of their blatant disrespect and all of them being a part of workplace bullying. I aint just saying this as a former customer obviously. Yes! You are hearing it from someone who worked there for only three days before flipping her lid after one high school employee threatened to harm me with the little miss manager "Delores" standing there literally laughing while looking at me with annoyance. I have high functioning Autism (which is a disability) and they already knew that before I officially got on board. I was bullied by these people who work at this location. Heck now if I want to go eat there...HA! Screw that! I would prefer to pay extra for delivery service from a local delivery company than further allow them to see my happy go lucky face around there again. Heck, I really wish I can put no stars. Oh and I am in the middle of having a little former complaint be made against them for such workplace bullying on a disabled citizen! As for anything else, they are NOT trained to abide by any of the OSHA regulations which I will also be making a complaint to OSHA as well. I mean who wants some stranger handling peoples food WITHOUT gloves? I know I dont! When I requested them, Delores took the gloves and literally put them away in her office which I was not allowed in. Not making this up and I am not kidding! Oh and I cant never forget the time she didnt want to hear my concern about lifting and carrying a 40 plus lb pot filled with boiling hot water without me having slip resistant shoes and then almost slipping thanks to those freaking brats they have purposely knocking down smashed potatoes as they were passing by laughing and cursing out (Hahaha wow what a f***ing retard...Ooo shes gonna fall! Thats gonna be so funny if that happens!) I am probably on Youtube somewhere because after enduring such horrific events, I did have what they call a little "Aspegers" (Autism) meltdown and just lost it. Thats okay because what I did was justified. You can call me crazy on this and state that I sound overly dramatic about it but I KNOW that this all happened to me! A negative zero for my vote!

They are over priced and the food isnt good. I wouldnt waste my time or money. I ordered 2 kids meals and an 8 piece dark. The kids meal only came with one strip. My toddlers were still hungry. Its priced at $4.99. For that price I feel it should come with at least two strips or one nice sized one. The strips looked like nuggets. The 8 piece was ok, but its priced at 14.99!! That is way too high for 8 pieces of chicken and a few rolls. Again this place is over priced for the quality of food. This is my first and last time ever coming here!!!

I am pretty sure that the 5 stars placed on these reviews are from the people that work there. The worst place to go ever. the food is sometimes good they seem to have a problem with making it fresh at times. The customer service has been crappy every time I go. At first I was understanding thinking that maybe they were having a bad day, but no every time I go they are rude. They all should be let go if they do not want to be there. Give the jobs to someone who knows how to give people what they pay for.

Food is excellent but crappy service always leaves a bad taste no matter how good food is. They forgot half my order for my wife and kids, called manager, hispanic guy, just not helpful since we live way out in the country, put in complaint, got a 20.00 gift card, month later tried to use it, had expiration date and miss by 2 days. Called manager, same guy, said sorry to bad.Really, 2 days shy? Satisfaction has an expiration date, I guess. I wont be going back...ever. Customer service these days is sad.

When we walked in there was two customers ahead of us. First couple set were taken care of. The second man looked frustrated cashier did not look at him or acknowledged him. Nor, did she acknowledge us. She proceeded to clean trays, walked past us to start cleaning tables. As we walked past her, I thanked her. She looked up in shock, were you waiting on me???? Really? Maybe she needs a new eye prescription. Customer service is bad at this location.

Food is always good. Usually do take out. Never had anyone to try to convert me as the other gentleman had but Im already a Christian. I cant imagine complaining about a Christian atmosphere. That is one of the things I love is their sign out front has scripture and the staff has always been so nice and the times I have been in there it was very clean. We have no complaints about it!

Waited over 39 minutes , worst service . There to worried about closing and cleaning. Got to window and told them the wait was to long , was stuck between cars .Will not return and will tell everyone i know .They could have walked out and told us there was a wait ,i was right by the door.but cleaning is more important.

Even though it took over 20 mins in the drive through our food was good. The server in the window seemed really unconcerned. There was only one vehicle in front of us and they were at the serving window for almost half the time we waited. 2 stars for service 4 for food

Great chicken here. Service is pretty typical for West Texas fast food, but nobody should go into a fast food joint expecting great employees that isnt the point. Large menu and staff is responsive if order is filled incorrectly. Best fried chicken on slide.

Watched our plates sit on line for almost 20 minutes before our number was called. Meanwhile customers that came in behind us with large to go orders came and went. Food was cold. Then cashier had attitude when we asked for fresh fries. Bad service tonight.

I only got part of my to go order. Had to drive back 5o get the rest and the girl at the counter had a bad attitude and kept rollong her eyes. My 6 piece livers was 3 livers and 3 gizzards. I hate gizzards, fortunately the dog likes them.

Horrible service, rude and vulgar workers, wont take bills higher that a 20 when its all government currency. The dinning area is always dirty and crawling with bugs. I wouldnt suggest anyone to eat here. Id rather eat dirt.

Best sweet tea in town. Great fried chicken and tasty sides. Clean seating area. Ask for some "serendipity" seasoning and theyll include some packets with your food, adds a nice kick of flavor!

It does not live up to the expectation of any other chicken express Ive been to (favorite fast food restaurant), but its the only one here in lubbock, so it gets a pass.
