Horrible service, bland food and lazy employees. Made us wait 5 minutes at the drive thru intercom before coming out to tell us it did not work. After which the girls starts to take the order by MEMORY which was a disaster. Then come to find out they dont "allow" kids to have french fries with their meal, apparently the portion is so small they refuse to make them. We eat out twice a month, when we do all 7 of us eat out and we only do it on grocery day like so many parents I know. Which means we will be eating in the car. What kid wants mashed potatoes, cole slaw or beans with their meal? And what parent will allow their kids to eat this food in the car? You are making fries for 5 older people, why not throw some extra fries in the fryer for the kids? Even the employees admit the practice of no fries on the kids meal is stupid. Their lack of customer service and inability to give the customer the food they want could explain why this place is always empty. Oh well, they lost a good 60 bucks a visit from our family.

Giving it 2 stars cause the chicken was good. My family ate here and the customer service was crap. The macaroni we ordered tasted horrible and the container it came in smelled like dirty mop water. Anyway, I go to the counter and let the high school kids working there of the taste and bad smell. I get no "Im sorry" instead I get "well it just came out" Im still standing there till a lady came up and offered another side. I mean its not like I yelled or asked for anything ridiculous just wanted good food and good customer service. Will not be going back.

Waited 10 minutes for service at drive though, Chris decides to take ordered drinks to vehicles behind me, but skip me? I ordered just 2 drinks, as did the ppl behind me. Difference? He knew the ppl behind me would tip him. I left after getting to the window and no acknowledgement for 2 minutes. Called, and got a lame excuse that no one knew I wasnt taken care of. Please grow up and Take Accountability for lack of service and respect towards ALL your customers.

I used to work at Chicken Express in Early, TX, and I must say the one in Marble Falls has a ways to go. I was 4th in line and it took me 20 minutes to get my food. The parking lot was empty except for the drive through.They also rang up an extra side instead of the drink being extra to save me some money. Its the small things that matter. Long wait times when its not busy and charging more than necessary dont help.

This place is pretty good foods Pizza staff is pretty nice theyve got a great little patio that you can go and eat on its just a very comfortable place the sign is kind of entertaining too if you like that kind of stuff it tells you the time and the temperature its just a great place they played pretty good music thank you for doing such a good job keep up the good work

The food was good and the staff was quick and nice. The establishment was clean as well as the parking lot. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the fries should have been cooked a little longer.
