Went for customer appreciation day with a coupon for an 8 pc mixed for $5.99. I ordered the spicy and when I got it home my dad asked me if I had ordered the regular. It was not spicy at all. There was also no biscuits included with the order. I ordered several sides and was told it would be 3 minutes which is not that big of a deal. By the time I received my order 7 more people were waiting on their orders. The cashier seemed less than enthusiastic at that point. Poor guy. All in all it was just ok, not something I would go out of my way for in the future.

WORST SERVICE I COULD EVER IMAGINE! I have been there over 5 times, and NOT ONCE has my order been correct. I have spoken with employees, management, and corporate representatives, yet the quality of service still lacks the basic discipline required to assemble orders. Can it really be that difficult? Im not sure how they are still in business, but if they are open, save yourself the trouble and frustration and just go to Chicken Express or Churchs. WORST RESTAURANT/STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN! I will NOT make this mistake again.

First off mind you my family spends a lot of money to have a family night. With that being said when you order 2 larger family meals you expect them to be enough to feed your family but the pieces were small and the chicken cold and when I specifically ask for sauces we didnt get them the chicken counted out as the right amount but so small kids were unhappy and adults didnt eat much and all in all very unhappy and the manager said hed call back but never did.

This is NOT about the Kerrville location. But rather their food trailer that goes to various small Texas hill country towns. 1st: They are not reliable. You never know if they will be there or not on the designated day. 2nd: They do not advertise locally. The staff (when the trailer does come) always says their may not be enough business to make the trip each week. How can they do enough business when they dont advertise and are not consistent??

Very rude no body acts like they even wanna be there ordered tenders had to wait for them to cook but nobody told me that I was on my lunch break by the time I got them I had to go back to work.
