I was just there tonight and I had ordered a bigger plate. One of sides was orange chicken, however the Hispanic guy that was helping informed me that they would bring it out to me. Afterwards, I notice that they had orange chicken, yet nobody came to bring me my orange chicken like I was told. Finally after finishing my food I went to the counter to ask the guy, but he looked at me and completely ignored me. Then I patiently wentry back to my seat and waited for ten more minutes. My sister went up there for her cream cheese ragoons and the orange chicken. She was nice at first, however she only gave us the entree box instead of the side box even though we explained to her what we had ordered. As we made our way back to the car we notice that she had forgotten to put the cream cheese ragoon. I recommend that next time you wait in line until you get the food you ordered because then youll have bad service and be there forever.

As I order food she threw the fortune cookie on to my tray. To me that a sign of disrespect to the customer. You put it down on the tray not throw on it. I find it offensive . We giving you money exchange for foods and services. We are not begging like some dog asking for bones. Im a regular customer here. This is not the first time here. Hit or miss. They always seem understaffed. You wait for about 15 minutes in line as employees walk around "tending to other things". Majority seem like they do not want to be there. The few that are friendly, are actually apologetic when you have to wait 20 minutes for food to be made. Ive never seen a customer go off on them so Im confused as to why customers are ignored so much.

Great service, great food, and very clean. We came in 10 minutes before they closed and they were still very polite to us and cooked new food for us since most was gone for the night. They also let us stay and eat even after they locked the doors. Most restaurants arent that nice to you when you come in late. Well definitely be back.

I love the food and the Personnel is usually very efficient and polite but sometimes it seems like theyre just shorthanded ( like running low on certain items or the drive-thru will be backed up waiting on some chow mein to be finished or something like that) and you can end up waiting for a little while.

Worst Chinese food Ive ever had. Aside from the order being wrong (easily fixed and forgiven), the quality of the food was just terrible. Most of it tasted like it had been sitting for a very long time. The orange chicken was very good, but everything else was quite bad.

Normally I would give 4 or 5 stars but it took 30 minutes to get my food. It would have been faster to go through the drive-thru! There was only 1 person working the inside people and 3 working the drive-thru. Last time I come at 630pm

It is hit or miss on consistency these days. When it is good it is really good! But on off days they have trouble keeping food on the line. Also, the steamed veggies should be called warmed veggies

I go here 4~5 times a month. Taste of food were improved recently. sometimes they dont put enough sauce and everything is super dry. Chinese food should have lots of sauces. Since we eat with rice.

Went to Panda Express around 11:00 oclk. Today the store opened at 10:30. Panda Express was very unorganized and unprepared to service customers and rude. I left and promise I will never go back.

Would say that they have gone down hill but more realistically they have fell off the cliff. Unorganized, unprepared, unable. Dirty tables and luke warm food when there was food available.
