This was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! Heed the reviews because I read them and thought to myself, "couldnt be that bad" but in fact, it was and I regret wasting my money there. I love Taco Bell and this experience made me hate it! The lady taking my order was awful, chatting it up with another employee who was off the clock. Talking about how they didnt care about their job and only took it because they couldnt get hired anywhere else; well they should be grateful they even have a job and no wonder they cannot find work anywhere else because their attitude and customer service is atrocious! When we got the food, I did not check right there (and if you do go there I would advise that you check your food before you leave so you can walk right back to the counter and get your money back) and I was absolutely appalled! The tacos had to be day old and microwaved (tasted like it) and on top of that, they were soggy on the bottom (they somehow made the regular taco into a soft taco!)! How the hell do you mess up a Doritos locos taco? They found a way to and seriously, it was all terrible, even the bean and cheese burritos sucked, they barely had any cheese and the tortilla was literally hard in most places. Basically, everything sucked there and I was angry I wasted my money as I do not get to eat out much and I wish I would have heeded the warnings and gone somewhere else! Dont make the same mistake we did, go somewhere else!

I have a few bad experiences here. They started to fix the way they were for awhile and for the pasylt year they were ok. Today really got me upset though. I walked in for breakfast and I was the only customer. Nobody came to the register. I yelled to them, I could see them, but they didnt hear me so I rang the bell by the door loudly to get their attention and they all yelled Thank You. I walked back to the counter, looked at them around the corner and made eye contact with thrlem and asked if anyone was going to serve me and still nothing. I left. I wont eat here again. I went to McDonalds and that sausage egg and cheese McMuffin tasted that much better. Never Galveston Taco Bell again.

My husband and I both were very ill the next morning and was toxic! Maybe to much MSG in the food? Idk but I am so ill, husband has a fever along with being sick at his stomach. We had the Mexican pizza and Gordito and soft taco. Food taste great but toxic! MSG is bad stuff. I called to ask manager and he couldnt speak English well and acted as though he didnt know what MSG was he kept saying hello, what, hello, I cant hear you, no he couldnt hear what I was asking!!! Which was: Do you have MSG in your foods? I got frustrated and hung up after being put on hold for 15 minutes. Wondering was he the manager... Beware!

This was worst experience compared to anyone in the list. The worst part was the food was not served and no body was at window or asking about your order on the screen at 10:30 PM on 3/17/2016. There were 6 cars ahead of me and 2 of them got their orders and then a long wait of 50 minutes until realized that the cars are not moving even when the driveway was clear for them and ultimately we had to go out and eat at somewhere else. Even when they are there, their service is terrible-takes all the time to make your order. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! Would had given 0 star if had been an option.

Its Taco Bell. Decent grab and go Mexican-ish food. Just like every Taco Bell, the menu has gotten to the point where the font size is almost impossible to read at the drive through until you are ordering so you say a little prayer to the fast food gods that whoever is in front of you only has one or two people in the car and already knows what they want. Giving this location an extra star for never getting my order wrong which is apparently quite a feat for a Taco Bell in my experience.

I visited on May 9th at 9:20 p.m. The food was good as always, but the mountain dew and the dr pepper were out. I walked up to the register to inform them because I heard a drive thru customer ordering the same (better one unhappy customer than two). The drive thru guy just looks at me like Im a leper and does not get the cashiers attention or even acknowledge me. He just spaces out. She walks back and she apologizes and was very sweet and helpful and did fix the machine. Cashier 10/10.

I got there a little after 1am after driving 6hrs to get into town! They clearly advertise open till 3am. No one would answer the intercom and when we pulled up to look inside we could see there staff hiding behing counters so they did not have to serve us! Even a manager! Next time dont park your cars by the door and maybe people will belive your not open! Ive even gone so far to try and reach management and they have yet to respond!

I love Taco Bell and eat their quite often. But this one in Galveston is crap. This is the 3rd time they have forgotten to place food I ordered in my bag. And the sad thing is that it was the manager who did it. And he never gives you the receipts so you can not leave feedback for your visit. I mean wth Ive worked at fast food for a good 5 years of my life and I can truly say this one is bad.

I have been to plenty of taco bells and this is one of the most slowest taco bells I have ever been to it took over 45 minutes and it wasnt really that busy the food was on point just very slow service and the tea was behind the counter which was inconvenient expecially sence it was really hard to get anyone attention. Probably the last time I will come to this taco bell.

This Taco Bell is the worst I have been to, waited over 20 minutes in the drive through backed up, parked went inside to a guy who wouldnt help me because his phone call was more important. On top of that they tell me I cant order because the lobby is close. They need new management immediately!

Apparently was closed and waited for 15 mins till I had to ask someone because they ignored me and three other people in line. And btw it was 10:55pm they arent supposed to close till 2am on Wednesdays... So thanks for wasting my time Taco Bell... just wanted an xxl grilled stuffed burrito.

Burrito i ordered was mostly rice and hardly had other ingredients like beans. Im from a culture that eats rice regularly, if we wanted a mostly rice burrito, we would make it at home. Also, another time, we bought a crunch wrap supreme with barely anything inside.

One of the cleanest Taco Bells I have seen. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The reason for not giving 5 stars is due to lack of meat on the tacos they seemed a little less than what they should have been . . . . mostly lettuce to make it look full.
