Theres usually a large variety of pizza to choose from. The quality of the food has stayed the same which isnt bad but over the years the buffet price has increased from 3.99 to 6.99 which is crazy. Pizza Hut now has a cheaper buffet at 5.99 with a better quality product and it located less than a mile away. The service doesnt compare though, I always enjoy the staff at CiCis.I still eat here but no where near as much as I used to.

06-04-2017@12:30PM. Horrible. NO PIZZA, OR DESERTS ON BUFFET, empty, none, nothing. I had ordered a special pizza (Im allergic to tomatoes). While my family were eating, and got full, I was still wanted on my pizza. 1 hour later, I go to ask and still, NO PIZZA. I walked out. The employees acted unconcerned, I even heard one of them say the F*** word. Very unprofessional. Very, very unhappy with CICIs.

I used to love going to CiCis for the good food and a great price. Unfortunately over the years the food has stayed the same, the price has gone up, service to customers has worsened and they started charging for water... Oh and now they are making you clean your table before you leave. I dont understand how you can charge more money for less.

Not even going to give this 1 star, pizza was not good, when they had put any out, service was fare to not good. Bill for 4 adults and 1 child around 40.00 bucks and just was worth it. Will not be returning to this Cicis location. This rating will not let me post with out tapping the ratings stars, so this is reason for only 1 star

This was a hot mess!!!! The pizza was burned severly and another one was not done at at all even the vegi toppings were practically raw... They went up on the prices and service is horrible. I will not visit this establishment again. The only reason it got a star is because it wouldnt let me post otherwise

We stood in line behind 2 families for ten minutes. The 2 kids behind register was scatter brained. Just as I was going to make manager 3 foot away of the congestion in the entry. Dug, hubby said lets go. First suggestion 1 register for carry out 1 for dine in. Queue lines help. Wont return.

Good some days, bad others when it comes to in house service. Depends on the staff at the time in the store but they seem to have been picking it up here lately. Thankfully they are paired with the Waitr app now and deliver because the retail location is boring. *Edit* 3

We go for the mediocre pizza and more so for the wonderful cinnamon rolls. We found out that they discontinued the rolls and now have cinnamon sticks. They tried to tell us they are made the same, but they sure dont taste the same. They have probably lost this customer.

The last two times we have gone in the past year have been rock bottom. Little to none tomato sauce on any pizzas. No longer worth it even if they hadnt raised their prices. Wont know if it gets any better because we will not walk back in.

The place was clean, they kept it fully stocked with fresh pizza and if you ask for a specific type of pizza they would make you an individual one. The tea was good and I dont think that this could be any better for Cicis Pizza.

The people that work here are always nice. If a mistake is made, which can happen anywhere, they are very quick to correct the problem. I love them and will continue to visit and eat the food.

Nice enough...what youd expect at a Cicis. They denied something most Cicis usually do, where if your group paid for the buffet, you can ask for a specific pizza for your table.

Brought my 7 kids here and i swear HALF our food was DONE!!!! I cant tell you how many things we bit into that was still RAW!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! NEVER will we eat here again!!!!
