We went to KC Kitchen the today and sat at there wonderful bar. Didnt see any construction, but I figure the only way you have things like bars, are to build it. You know, construction. How ignorant can one be? Anyway, the BEST!!!! pizza and wings that we have ever had!! This place rocks and yes, higher prices than Dominos and pizza hut, but TONS better and very filling. plus, the quality toppings!! We had the Hawaiian Punch, AKA: Hawaiian, and noticed the fresh jalapenos, onions, and pineapple. Two orders of wings and a large pizza was plenty for our party of four. The cost of the food before tax was about $33 which is about $8.50 each. hard to eat out for less than that these days especially, quality food! I can see this place growing fast as it is truly the best pizza here in the metro area. I have tried em all so I know. I should mention that we were able to watch the Cubs, Dodgers, Royals along with the basketball game; AT THE SAME TIME. My friend is a diehard Cubs and Bears fan and is lovin the fact that all the games are on down there. This will be our new hangout as the food, service and atmosphere are great. We also love the fact that they are not big corporate and genuinely cared about our business!

Great hours, friendly service, but big issues with consistency. Ive ordered from this place probably ~40+ times in total, mainly because they have great (late) delivery hours. The service is always friendly and has only ever given me the wrong order one time. However, the food is extremely inconsistent in quality. I pretty much always order the same thing: Chicken Bacon Ranch hoagie with cajun chips and an apple crisp. Half the time the food is excellent; especially the homemade Ranch dressing, and chips with homemade sour cream dip. The apple crisp is great, with just the right blend of cinnamon, brown sugar, and apple. Unfortunately the other half of the time the food quality is quite poor. The chicken is extremely tough, and the majority of the chips are totally soggy and un-edible (this is the worst part, since a side of chips is over $5 before tax). The apple crisp can also be far too sweet, tasting mostly of brown sugar and little of apple.

Update 27May2016 - Had lunch today, it was great Pizza, service was excellent & friendly, very clean establishment. Ill be back and would recommend it. Update - 23May2016 - Spoke with the owner, very nice guy and showed he cared and was concerned, wanting to apologize and make things right. Of course, Ill give them another try. Ready for a new place for lunch. I wish them the best and a extensive stay at this new location. I tried to go at lunch May 18, 2016 at 11:00 am (opening time per website), but was not open. I called after having lunch else wheres, still not open, no answer. Not a good way to start. I work across the street and there are 150+ employees that might want to eat there to, but if they cant be depended on, i dont see them lasting any longer than previous business. I hope it gets better.

I would say sorry about giving it two stars but I really am not. Apparently new night staff which in turn made us wait an hour and 45 mins to get our pizza because they gave ours to another table. Our waitress claimed that it was her second night and so was the other one running around. I dont know if that was bull or real. If it was the truth, why?!? Then they proceeded to send out pizzas that looked very very similar to the one that we were waiting for. Lets just say I kept it together but was very hangry when the pizza came. I didt even enjoy it. Overpriced even with the 20% discount. Disappointed in the management and staff. I have been multiple times and have gotten subpar experience. Probably not going back for a while.

Pizza from the Gods!!! I swear!! They have a whole page of specialty pizzas!! Ive been going to this spot every week since mid January and so far I enjoy the sweet chili wings (wing nights are 6-10 Thursday 40c wings I never miss it) the ribs, breaded mushrooms (the breading has a lil spice in it which I enjoy more than bland breading and comes with Chipotle ranch) the chicken Alfredo, the Spicy chicken Alfredo, French dip hot hoagie, Italian hot Hoagie and the chicken ceasar salad. As far as pizzas go I suggest The jayhawk, The sporting, The Viking The KC kitchen, without pickle add cream cheese The margarita Tropical rainbow

Went late one night and the server was fun and friendly. The restaurant lacked personality and character; it sported dull gray walls, cheap furniture and half the restaurant unoccupied still under construction. We ordered with the server and twenty minutes later he came back to ask our order again to plug into the computer. An hour later we still did not receive our pizzas. Manager gave us 5 wings for a table of 10 to make up for it. When we finally got our pizza it was served on CARDBOARD! Clearly, it was not fresh or prepared rather it came frozen. To top it all off it was $26 dollars for a 14" pizza! I felt so cheated.

Ordered pizza for delivery. We opened the box and both said "oh," and not in a good way. I have never left a review anywhere, but this was so aggressively bad. Everything tasted stale. Sauce tasted canned, laughably skimpy toppings, garlic tasted burned. The crust was hard--not crispy, not chewy, not crunchy--hard. Literally nothing was redeemable, and it was over $20. I didnt think Id ever find a pizza I didnt want to finish--turns out, they make them here. No clue why any of the reviews on here are so positive; either those poor souls need to get themselves some good pizza or KC Kitchen reheats leftovers for delivery.

Absolutely loved the pizza. We happened by because our original idea for dinner wasnt open. It must have been fate. We created are own and was pleasantly surprised at the amount and quality of the ingredients. I appreciate a pizza-maker who knows how to put sauce and cheese to the edge without having it overflow and create a mess! While the place could use something on the walls to make it more cozy when it isnt very busy, the food outweighed those small thoughts. I agree it is a little more than other pizza places, but it is well worth it. You get what you pay for and here it is EXCELLENT PIZZA!

This place was a grade above ok. Friendly helpful staff; however confusing coupon acceptance- regarding "in conjunction with" other offers. Need a bit more zing in their pizza. Theyve got the right crust, almost there on cheese- maybe a bit cheesier or higher quality mozz, but the sauce is tomato sauce. Wings are the best fare Ive had there. But mostly an unremarkable place, and thats not a negative- that means they have an empty canvas to paint...not a ton of things to fix... hopefully they wont be out of business by labor day. UPDATE: going to order again right now to see how it goes!

I Ordered some cheesecake, cookies and pizza from them. Waited in my hotel for at least 2 and a half hours and called them 3 times. Each time I was told it was almost there, and would just be a couple of minutes. I called to get a refund at 1:10 in the morning and the employee on the phone sounded very annoyed with me. It should also be noted that during the hour I was waiting, I saw another pizza delivery man from this establishment wandering around for at least a half hour looking for the room to which this now cold pizza was destined. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!
