Theyre always getting to-go orders wrong and the night shift manager lied to the day manager about my order. She told the day shift manager that I ordered it over the phone and they asked me 3 times if my order was correct thats wrong I ordered it standing at the counter waiting on it to be fixed they backed it gave it to me and when I got home the order was wrong how hard is it to put gravy on hash browns that are all dry

As always, the food is excellent here. Waffle House had a new item on the menu: the Hashbrown Bowl, which I tried. It was very good and very filling. Next time, I might see if I can add a topping to the hash browns. Also, Waffle House has dark roast coffee, which is a favorite of mine, but has to me asked for (not a problem).

Coffee and burgers! The food was decent but their prices are getting a little higher than they use to be. The staff was pretty friendly and at least they have a dollar menu! Although you do have to ask for their second menu that they like to hide from the customer!

Best breakfast and diner food to be found in Grandview or South Kansas City. This one has a great staff. Been coming here for years and they know our names and orders before we even sit down half the time (we have a usual order that varies from time to time)

staff was rude..they look like they need to shower before work.they talk about guests and how they didnt get a good tip.we left .they need a new staff.if you want to be treated like crap thats the place to go.

Just sat in there for 15 minutes and never even got asked what I wanted to drink. Horrible service would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. And they werent busy at all. Total bullshit!!!!!

A new young waitress advised us "if she was us, she would not eat here" and we learned the waitress that was suppose to serve us, refused because we was black. I dont support ignorance!
