They got a 3 because the service was horrible. I sat at the bar for about 10 minutes before someone actually asked me if I needed anything. Im big on customer service and and initial greeting is very important because first impressions are lasting ones. The ONLY reason they didnt get a one or a two is because Rhonda saved the day. She approached me and asked if everything was okay and what did I need. NOW THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Maybe thats the difference between the first shift and second shift. Who knows

Everything about Spin! is a win. The best pizza in KC. You can taste the faint taste of char from the open flame, the veggies are all so fresh and their is such an eclectic mix you can choose from to create whatever pizza you can think of. The best salads I think Ive ever had.The caesar dressing is housemade and Ive purchased some for my own home , thats how good it is. Its trendy with a hometown feel. LOVE SPIN.

Great pizza! The pizza here is more artisan than anything else. They have a great restaurant atmosphere and the view is kind of nice as well. The staff is friendly and courteous. The price isnt bad it might be a few dollars than you would pay at a local big box like pizza hut. I recommend coming and trying some of the different pizzas they have to offer. Taste great!

Stopped here for some lunch and to do some work. They have a small pizza with soup or salad option. I thought it was the perfect size for me, plus the pizza and salad were delicious. Its nice having the wait staff to refill the drink too. It was a little pricey for lunch but definitely worth the extra couple bucks in taste.

I love the location and building of Spin (Midtown)! I prefer to eat at Spin in Leawood slightly more, but the Midtown location is much bigger and picturesque. Midtown location can handle bigger groups. My favorite: Spinach Salad My friends all love the panini (but you have to eat it fresh, or else it will get soggy)

I literally came into Spin to get a quick snack. I just had the flat bread dip to go - but while I was waiting,the server gave me a taster of gelato. very kind. Frankly, The Gelato was only OK. But the Flatbread was really great! ... AND it was enough for lunch... for $4.00. not bad for a Crown Center lunch.

I have been to this restaurant twice on two different trips to Kansas City. Great food, friendly employees, and quick service. Both times we ordered a couple pizzas to share and a Cesar salad. I would definitely go back again. Free parking in the back of the restaurant is a plus too!

One of my fav pizza place in KC! My favorite is pesto pollo pizza (chicken with pesto sauce). They are pretty quick in cooking so i was able to eat during my lunch break. They do get real busy during peak lunch and dinner times so if you need to eat quick, avoid busy hours!

Its a must-have every time my husband and I come to KC. Pesto e Pollo is our favorite and the staff gave us free gelato when we came here on our honeymoon. Not only does it hold those great memories, but the food is amazing every time!

Great pizza at a decent price. The original crust is on the thin side and had the perfect level of crispiness. Toppings are fresh and plentiful. They have a good beer and wine list as well. They also do fundraisers! Good place to eat.

Wide selection of unique pizza. If that guy who gave a one star review wants "pizza by the slice" he can go to Westport and have a decent slice. Here you will get top-notch pizza in a family friendly setting with courteous staff

You can tell the difference in quality of ingredients found at Spin! The bottom of the crust has that excellent char on it that can be hard to find at a lot of pizza joints.
