The employees are friendly and courteous. For the disparaging remarks about the employees, they have to work holidays and be away from their families. They are paid really low wages and have to live off good tips, so when you dont tip they dont make good money. So until you walk a mile in their shoes dont judge them. If you are that picky try to get McDonalds in the morning to get a breakfast order right the one here in Kilgore cant get mine right ever.

Waffle House #1557 loop 281 Longview Texas This was the worst experience of my eating life. The food was cold and bacon was not done and when I advised they brought me burnt bacon. Spoke with the manager, Rosie, about the food issues and she could care less about my complaint, she literally dismissed me!! Do better!!!

Waited there for over 30 minutes. Absolutely none of the staff acknowledged that I was there. All of the tables and bar seats were disgusting with dirty dishes and trash all over the floor. Several of the staff appeared to be in drugs. Not a place I would recommend to anyone under any circumstances.

Always fast, greasy dinner food that you crave at night. The service is always friendly and the value cant be beat. Highly recommend if you dont feel like driving down south to Dennys and want a quick bite to eat.

It is a waffle house, what can I say. The employees look like they are forced to work there. Its hard to mess up eggs unless you forget parts of your order and the your eating your sausage by itself.

Food was tasty, however it seemed to be understaffed for the amount of people, which led to tables were not being cleaned. Also they were having issues with the waffle irons.

Morning/lunch staff is the best people, quick service (depending on how busy). Good food. Will redo if not satisfied. Several personable waitstaff give excellent service.

Just drive by this dirty place. Good under cooked and hash browns cooked in fake butter and very greasy. No real butter here. IHOP just across the street.
