Worst BWW we have ever been to. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We went to eat dinner and then stay for the UFC fights. The hostesses were very rude and condescending and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that customers had even walked in the door. We were told when we walked in at 5:45pm that because we were staying to watch the fights we couldnt be seated until 6:00pm, despite the fact that we wanted to eat dinner now. We were then told we could wait in the bar area and order drinks. We went and sat down at a table in the bar and were rushed by hostess staff telling us we could not sit down at a table and could only sit at the bar stools to order a drink. This is in a virtually EMPTY bar, literally there were 2 other tables in the bar area with customers, yet they decided it was necessary to force people to crowd around the bar to order a drinks while waiting on their bizarre seating policy. The manager came over right after and attempted to explain their ridiculous policy - which was explained in a rude, unfriendly tone. This place clearly does not take good customer service seriously. We decided to stay (not sure why at this point other than we had already made the effort to drive here and were worried we wouldnt get a seat somewhere else) and our server was great (the single redeeming aspect of this visit) but the hostesses continued with their bad attitudes and behaviors. When one of our party members went to request a trivia platform, the hostess response was "Its over on the wall, you can get it" in a snotty tone while pointing. The hostesses were not busy, there were at least 5 of them standing at the podium, unwilling to provide any remotely passable form of customer service. We will never go here again and will continue to warn others against it. Very disappointing for a business to be so anti-customer service oriented. Hopefully a major staff turnover will occur soon after their business suffers for their terrible customer service or Im sure BWW will end up leaving the area for poor performance.

This particular restaurant was not a great experience. During our meal I witnessed an altercation at the next table that involved an act of discrimination. It involved 3 adults and 3 children who were African Americans. They were asked to surrender their credit/debit card before they could place an order. A problem occurred when several more guest were seated in the same area but were not asked to surrender their credit card before service. The guest who were not "carded" were not people of color. No notice or understanding that this would happen was posted in or around the restaurant. When the Servers were questions, most of them were unaware of this policy. The General Manager was summoned to explain the actions that were taken but could not understand why this group was highly offended. To calm the situation, I introduced myself as a local Pastor and spoke with and for the group to the Manager. Eventually, the Manager agreed to serve the group with at a discounted cost when they threaten to leave and never return. I believed that due to the severity of the situation, the GM should have compensated the entire meal. With that knowledge I asked the GM to complete the service for the table and if there were any cost I would pay the bill. The GM agreed to calculate what would be owed and to return to me with the bill. Later, the GM informed me that he decided not to charge this group anything and, therefore, I didnt receive any additional charges. Hopefully, this organization will review this incident and consider changing their policy to prevent this type of situation from occurring with future customers of color.

Worst restaurant experience Ive ever had. I almost wanted to cry real tears. My girlfriend and I work opposing schedules so I dont get to see her much during the day if at all. I wanted to take her out on a date since we just fall asleep when we get home. We went to buffalo wild wings in Belton. We were never greeted or offered a seat. The waitresses walked passed us twice and said nothing. Frustrated, we went to the bar only to find the bar table filthy as if I expected to see a family of roaches feasting on the leftovers that could have been there for days. The bartender gave us the silent treatment, as well, while he pretended to wipe the counter top with what looked like a mechanics oil rag. Disgusted, we left still with no word from the staff.

I agree with some of the other reviews and experiences at this particular location. From the time I walked in, the service was horrible and I was even told where they (the staff) would like me to sit. The Kitchen Manager is absolutely horrible and should not be in a management position. If you have any complaints about staff, food or anything else dont take it to the Kitchen Manager. I have eaten at several BWW locations and this has to be the worst one of all. If you like to be told where to sit and not be appreciated as a paying customer this is your place to eat.

Used to LOVE this place. Last time we went, we were seated right away. Waited about 20 minutes before a waitress should up, placed drink orders, waited... finally brought drinks, placed food order and instead of turning in order, went around corner to other tables. Waited way longer then ever before for our orders, she never offered refills. Asked for to go boxes, took 15 minutes to get them. I will ask for specific waitress next time, theres still a couple Im familiar with that I know are very good.

I was here a few days ago and no one took my order for over ten minutes... At least 6 waitresses walked by and acted like they didnt even see me! As I was getting ready to walk out two waitresses walked up and then wanted to take my order. I come here maybe once or twice a month and this isnt the first time this has happened...Chris the manager was easy to talk to and gave me a credit for my next visit but I wont be back for a while. It doesnt fix the poor service.

The food has always been excellent. I give it 3 stars only because of service. They are so... slow... In greeting, delivering drinks, and stopping by to check on you. It varies whether the wait staff/bartender are friendly, but the service is never fast. We return only because we love the food and drinks. Weve tried sitting both in the bar, at the bar, and on the dining side - it makes no difference.

Looks to be newly remodeled. Food and service was good, price is quite high for simple fried chicken with sauce. Edit 8-19-16: We had an exceptional experience today. Our waitress Brit-tany remembered our whole order from last time, I love this kind of personal experience. She was prompt with refills and a delight to have as a waitress. We shall be asking for her personally.

The managers there suck! They hover around and interrupt you while your eating to sit and talk and shoot the breeze. There is a manager there that is akward and has interrupted my wife and I several times and we dread going there just because we know if he is working that he will bother us. Service is usually good here, servers are real nice here but we usually go to the bar.
