Came to eat here with my fiancé. After ordering we walked over to make our drinks and both machines are not working. Someone was trying to get them working but after about 5 min into our meal, we were given a bottle of water. When we were finish with our meal, I kindly asked for a refund on the $2.19 drink I never got. When i asked, the person who appeared to be the shift manager or manager stepped in and very rudely told me that if I get a refund, I now had to pay $.99 for bottle of water that we had been given. Im a pretty nice guy and I was kind of caught off guard by it, and thats probably why I agreed to pay for it. So she gave me back the 2.19 and then she rung up a 1 dollar bottle of dassani. I should never have paid for that water. My fiancé also told me, after we left, that the cooks and others were snickering when I walked up, cup in hand. Unprofessional all around. Wont be back

06-05-2016 4 pm running good but people seem unhappy :( some of em one of the older ladies seems unhappy to be cleaning just kind of a permanent scowl maybe its a bit much to ask for happy people doing their job? In fast food but maybe management could address their grievances? Without forcing people to put on fake smiles or happiness (see photo) March 2016 review: I ordered on Saturday at 7 pm I was order #78 with them serving 65 as I left the line, kick up your game 5 guys you can do better then this! (Not a good team this night) Total time of order was 7:15 (receipt) to 7:40 update: I contacted management and they gave me a free meal from this location.. so this makes up for 40+ minute burger order I guess.. and the last I got one of them tonight.. they were their usual fast.. thanks!

You probably already know how great Five Guys is. They do one thing and one thing only. Well... two things. Its right there on the sign. This particular location has a strange HIMYM-ground-floor-bar thing going on -- I think theres office space upstairs -- but the foods as good as ever, except I told my mom to order a double bacon cheeseburger with #everything, and I am not a fan of shrooms. I guess thats what I get for washing my hands first.

My wife and I frequent this 5Guys at least twice a week. Today, my wife placed a carry out order. I picked it up and when I arrived home they had her order wrong. We live a 15 minute drive from this establishment. When we called in to notify them that they gave my wife the wrong burger they demanded that we bring the wrong burger in before reimbursement. They were unwilling to negotiate with us. Stay away from the five guys on Rainbow Blvd.

This is THE BEST 5 GUYS I have been too. Great service, Ashley in particular, and the food is AWESOME and FRESH, and this store is immaculate! By far the BEST burgers in ALL of KC metro area! We usually call our order in and then go pick it up-whats great about that is they dont cook your fries till you show up( which usually takes 1-2 minutes) so, by the time you pay its all ready. 5 stars really isnt enough for this store.

Really not impressed... They were very stingy with napkins and fries. 2 napkins for 2 burgers and an order of fries. We ordered a regular fries and the cup was barely full with a small handful in the bag. It seemed like the amount you would get with a little fries. I am quite mad I paid 3.50 for a really small amount of fries. Also, the soap dispenser in the mens bathroom is broken. Doesnt seem too hygienic especially for the employees!

Im fortunate to live nearby. The service has always been very consistent. I appreciate that Five Guys has spicier options that put the other burger joints to shame. The jalapenos are always fresh and add some serious heat.. I love to pair it with pickles. The cajun fries are the perfect compliment. Portions are huge. This location has been reliably fast, and always polite. The staff are great.

This place is awesome. I went in having never tried it. Service was pretty good they forgot my bacon on my burger however had no problem hooking me up with extra bacon for the mishap. I got a bacon cheeseburger small fry and a drink it was about 15.00 but well worth it.The burger was too big to finish and the fries were more like an extra large.

I cant complain about burgers at Five Guys. They are amazing! It seems like it can get quite crowded especially during lunch time since it is so close to the KU Medical Center, so be aware!

Great burgers but I love their Cajun fries. The parking situation (you park around back) isnt wonderful, but its not really their fault, thats kind of just how this area is.

Great burgers and fries. Never been disappointed. The free peanuts are nice and this location right by kumed makes it very convenient. Its always clean too.
