set aside at least 20 minutes of extra time to account for the possibility of them messing up your order which they likely will do. ive only lived in Lewisville for a couple weeks now and Im used to getting my coffee at panera bread every morning because its so much better. of any panera bread Ive ever been to this is by FAR the worst... only been there a handful of times and at least half those times they have completely butchered my order. they are very simple orders too Im only one person and only ever get one or two things!! how hard can it be??? too bad because I really liked going to panera bread because its quick and simple decent food but I guess I need to find another place to get my coffee and lunch. for the steep prices that I pay for a simple coffee and soup I expect at least to have the right order, and not have to leave 20 minutes earlier every day to account for the large margin of error on their end.... seriously the people who work their are completely incompetent.

We ordered 2 plates of chicken tortellini alfredo and a Broth Bowl to go. The total was $28. The chicken in the pasta plates was not even a toddler size portion, not to mention it was definitely canned. You can tell by the pale pink color and the texture. The Broth Bowl portion was also small considering it was $9. I called Brandon the manager with a complaint. He expressed apologies and said that many people complain about the chicken portion size. He states that the chicken is portioned out according to corporate standards and that they wont change anything or listen to customer complaints. His advice was to write a review in hopes that they will one day change. How awful! Ill be adding Panera to a list of restaurants we will not be visiting again.

I have ordered lunch here every week since this location has opened and every week, when I get back to the office, they are either missing food or have made the food wrong. Every time, the receipt is checked off as if someone actually made sure that everything was in the bag, but they obviously didnt. We have 1 hour to pick up and eat lunch and it takes that whole time just to drive to the location multiple times before we actually get what we ordered for lunch. After paying over $30 for 3 peoples lunch, you would think they could at least put everything in the bag. So frustrating! I am only giving them 2 stars because the food is still good, hints why I keep going back.

I visit this location several times a week since its so close to my home. After this morning, it is highly unlikely that Ill return. Instead of the drive thru, I went inside to order and not only did it take twice as long when I was the only inside Customer but the cashier was rude, looked at me blankly when I asked questions and then sent me to someone else instead of giving me my blueberry muffins. Even the manager was rude and unknowledgable of the menu. I had to search for one and show then what I was talking about. Made me late for work, messed up my order and acted like Im inconveniencing them. Please get new employees.

Ordered fast pick up for my family and me. When ordering online we took too long to put in the order so the sides of bread were sold out by the time we decided what we wanted. The manager named Josh(wish I remembered his last name) went above and beyond to fix the small issue. Most places wouldve put another type of bread into the bag and would hope you didnt notice. Customer service and hospitality is rarely seen anymore, but Panera Bread in Lewisville has it. The manager needs a promotion, because customers need the hospitality he provides .Three other employees made sure I was being helped out. :)

This location has been HORRIBLE at getting their orders correct. I feel like its a shame to have an order that costs more than $50 and they cant even bother to read what you ordered before they put everything together. Theyre very apologetic when they make a mistake, but still... get it together. Went back again today to give it one last chance and they STILL messed up my order. Find another location and save yourselves the trouble. This location cares nothing about quality or service. It is not that hard to get an order correct... lunch rush or not.

My daughter and I had a sandwich and soup, the soups were cold and the sandwiches tasted old. An employee asked how was the food, I replied the soup was cold, and the employee said, "sorry", no offer to correct it, etc. What a disappointment, usually the food is great, very expensive food for such bad quality. Sorry, cannot ever recommend this Panera!

I love Panera Bread, I do. I love everything on the menu but, the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the wait time from ordering your food to paying at the window and finally getting your food in the drive-thru is ridiculously long. I am currently waiting at the drive-thru and it has been 15 minutes. No food yet. Panera, this needs to improve.

Very clean . service person making sandwich es was friendly. Potions are small . reminds me of Subway resturant. Manager was upset when he brought my wife extra feta cheese . said she should have asked for it at the counter. ..she would have if she had xray vision..gave it 3 stars . was much better restaurant while inside Vista Ridge Mall

Twice now theyve charged me for a cup of water and tried to put it as a "$2 tea". Also, I asked for ranch once and one employee just flat out told me they didnt have any, then five minutes later, I asked a different employee what dressings they have and was able to get ranch. The people here are awful.

Cold, dirty tables, and rarely get orders right. The first time my order was wrong they were very nice about it. The second time it was wrong twice in a row and multiple employees were very rude and didnt care about helping the customer. Will not go back.

The staff you can tell has a lot of fun, dont know names but all guys there and super sweet. Didnt have the soup my boyfriend wanted so gave us green tea for the long wait. Awesome customer service and thats worth waiting for.

This store always have gnats flying around the soda area and the trash receptacles, seriously gross, if they are flying around the cafe area they are definitely in the food prep area. Management please address immediately!

Every time I go here the people are rude and charge you up to 3 bucks for a plain water. You have to fight just get a refund. They also act like its the end of the world if you ask for condiments like ranch

A bunch of kids working at this place and to put it mildly they can careless about customer satisfaction. They have messed my order up several times! I love Panera Bread but the one in Lewisville suck!
