The person that was taking my order was very unpleasant and rude. When I smiled and said hello, she just rolled her eyes, huffed and just looked at me. The entire time I was trying to place my order, she refused to speak and acted like she resented the people that came in to get something to eat while she was working. There was no one in the sit down area except myself and the employees were mostly just standing around doing nothing, however the tables had not been wiped down in quite some time and the trash was over flowing and hadnt been taken out. As I write this there are two employees standing behind me watching tv, doing nothing. To make matters worse, they didnt even get my order right. As of the time I walked out the door 30 minutes later, the trash was still overflowing and the tables still werent cleaned. My receipt time was 2:22pm on Saturday, March 4th, 2017.

They messed up my order, but the manager was extremely cool about it. Offered me a free meal to make up for it, even though it was probably only messed up because they were so busy. Thats why I always give this place my business. If they mess up, they fix it! Great customer service. (Also theyre like a block away from the office and Im a food junkie. *cough*)

Showed up at 728pm on a Saturday night (July 22) and the doors were locked. "OPEN" sign was on. Sign said closes at 8pm. Female worker just looked at me and turned her body and head around. I get it if you have to close early, but turn the sign off and if someone does show up at least look apologetic. Dont be rude.

If possible, I wouldnt give this location a star since for me, it is that bad. I will never go to this or any other Jack in the Box again since their drive thru personnel obviously have a hard time taking someones order and if given the chance, will screw it up in some shape, form or fashion.

A great place to get cold food very, very fast. Pretty sure they have everything cooked well in advance; dont expect your cheese to melt or your fries to be fresh. Probably the worst Jack in the Box Ive ever visited.
